舒適套房飯店(Comfort Inn & Suites)

There was no one at the front desk when we checked in and had to wait a long time for someone. The room was disgusting. There was hair in the shower and all over the bathroom floor. Didn't look like it had been cleaned. There was rust and what looked like mold around the shower. I couldn't take a shower in there. It was horrible. They supposedly served breakfast, but was out of everything when we went and refused to replenish any of it.

Very rundown, old, smells bad, mattress was worn out,and the breakfast was a joke..orange juice was pure water, sausage was inedible, coffee was nasty.the most horrible motel experience I have ever had.. and was charged $187 for this travel nightmare…

The first room we were given wasn’t clean, but thankfully the second room was. The hotel is right off the highway, so it’s loud. The updates look great, but the showers need major work still. The bed was comfortable, so that was a huge plus. Still don’t think I will stay there again though.

First room had a bed that was broken. Second room was fine. Room itself seemed clean and updated. Bathroom initially appeared dirty. But then we realized it was clean but just old and outdated. Seemed to have stains in the tub, etc. The floor in the breakfast area was extremely sticky, which was an odd feeling while we ate breakfast.

Property was remodeled and room was nice and clean. The staff was awful. By 8:30 there was no breakfast left. Staff was sitting in the lobby on their phones.

I loved the staff! Super nice & caring! The room is exactly as pictured! The hospitality was everything coming from the staff I can’t say it enough!

The first room, the a/c didn't work. The second room had a mold ring around the tub. The hallway on 2 floors smelled like *********. The coffee cups were smaller that small and the coffee dispenser coffee foamed when poured. They also had no forks and did not attempt to purchase any nearby. But the staff was courteous. The location did not seem safe.

I like the proxemity to Bartett, TN. I didn't like the proxemity to the interstate noise less than 100 ft.

Property was clean and the staff was very polite. I really enjoyed my stay at this location
