孟菲斯市中心凱藝飯店(Quality Inn Memphis Downtown)

Shortened my stay and still got charged for the extra night. Place was a 1 star out of 5. Fridge didn’t work, TV from another person said wasn’t working. Was under pool construction and getting painted so windows had plastic on them. Wyndham should be ashamed to be associated with this place.

Le motel est au bord du Mississipi et pas trop éloigné du centre-ville. Les chambres sont classiques avec une plomberie d’un autre âge. Pas trop de bruit et un service très sympa, par contre le petit déjeuner est léger voire inexistant après 8h.

Crasseux ! en Travaux! Ne devrait pas être proposé. Peuplé de clients douteux louants au mois. 3 changements de chambre en 3 jours…. Incompréhensible qu. Hôtel.com propose un tel établissement ! Très déçu du site de réservation !

Ubicación no apta para turistas o personas sin automóvil propio. Oscuro y alejado del centro. No me quedé ni siquiera una noche, cancelé la reserva y me fui a otro lugar

No latch lock and bolt lock extremely loose. Room smelling like smoke but visually clean. No other room options were available.

Checkn in was fast. Not a single towels in the king suite room no 507. Room phone is also not working. Had to go to front desk to request towels but was told by the front desk staff that there's no clean towels available so she offered a different room instead, which is a double room 505 instead of the king suite that we reserved. She also gave us her cell number to call since thevroom phone is not working. We went to the 2nd room but there is no towel there either. We had to go to front desk again to get towels, which she eventually took from the laundry room.

Ordered a suite room, got a standard room. Got charged for price. Decided to go somewhere else was suppose to get “refunded” the 91.95 ended up being charged double asked about it was basically told “oh well sorry for your loss” still no refund to this day.

The Tv was broken the shower was also broken. The chair flipped when set in and cause me to fall. Sent to the wrong hotel. Lady was rude about it when ask about it. There were peices of plastic from the bed with stars sticking up to be steped on. Very bad location

My car window was smashed, along with three others. This is apparently a common occurrence. With regard to the stay itself, the sheets smelled strongly of body odor and the room was dirty. Great waffles for breakfast though.
