威斯汀飯店-孟菲斯貝亞勒街(The Westin Memphis Beale Street)

The person at the desk was not very friendly. We got to the room and they were crumbs in the bed. When we called the front desk the same gentleman said he would send someone to clean it. We waited and no one came. So we called again he said we were to come down and get another key for another room. So we had to loaded up are luggage and change rooms.they when I went down same person still unfriendly said he couldn’t tell me anything about Memphis cause he didn’t live there and chooses not to know.

We stayed in this hotel several years ago and it was a sharp, well run place. Last weekend it just looked tired. No Bellmen for our luggage and very few staff around. The valet service was good but I'd say the hotel looked like it was dying.

we arrived into this hotel at 9.45pm due to flight delays and the restaurant was advertised to shut at 10pm but the staff were so unhelpful and wouldn't do a thing for us - this was 15min before there shut down time, then we got the room and couldn't get Wi-Fi so called up and they tell us they've have issues and there's no Wi-Fi. nice hotel but let down by poor attitude of staff when handling challenges

Not a great experience with the front desk. The air was not working properly in the rooms and I called the front desk and was told “there is nothing I can do about it”. Really?? Very disappointed as the Westin is my favorite hotel.

The room was poorly prepared, no soap, shampoo and not ready for guests.

Good hotel with good location, had a water boil order and restaurant and bars closed which was a bummer. Staff was great!

The staff were very nice and professional, my only complaint...during my entire stay, there was an odor of gas in the hallway. I thought it was me, but I overheard another guest complaint about it on his checkout. I hope they look into it.

Super easy check in, valet was efficient and friendly, and the location was perfect proximity for Fedex Forum!
