The hotel is located right at the train station, and so is perfect if you are catching the AMTRAK. The rooms were pleasant and the staff were friendly. The bar is very trendy though was understaffed and so whilst we were there, it took ages to get served.

Rooms were small but done well. Hotel was very unique and in an area that had lots of things to see.

Really neat hotel and nice rooms. Stopped NYE on our way through town. Music was amazing and loved the decor.

We really enjoyed the train-themed decorations and amenities. The workout room was very good. The location is convenient to the National Civil Rights Museum.

I liked that there was security riding around the parking lot at night and that the parking was on top of the building and not in a dark parking garage. I also liked the history knowing the hotel was once a train station. The hotel bar and lounge area with a DJ was nice to have. It would have been nice to hear a variety of music since the city is known for it's music history. I liked the view from my room. I could see the city and the Lorraine Hotel. The two things I didn't like was the hallway floors leading from the elevator to the hotel rooms. They are tile but not clean, and that there was no microwave in my room. Overall, I'd definitely stay at this hotel again. The location was great, the staff was friendly and I felt safe.

Was amazing ! Central to everything. We walked to all the different locations. Such a unique hotel that if u are a music lover this is the place for you! Thanks Memphis for the amazing experience

The hotel was nice, rooms had a great view of downtown Memphis, and the Eight & Sand bar was awesome. I really wanted to enjoy the in room dj playlist throughout our stay, but that didn't work during and engineering couldn't determine how to fix it. I would stay here again but maybe upgrade to a bigger room.
