I have booked a stay with prepaid breakfast just after checking out and just after their front desk staff ensured me that no charges for that will occur they debited me 89.00’usd . I have called them asking for explanation and they keep on telling me that was for the incidental. But they kept me also 50 usd for that. Stay away from that people

It was a very pleasant stay everyone was very friendly and helpful. I will come back again for another staycation

Valet parking was horrible, took forever for them to show up and get car and took just as long to retrieve it . No coffee pot in room and it was $10 for two cups of mediocre coffee .

This is two hotels connected. But services were not always available on the side we were staying on. There was a lot of confusion on the part of the staff as to where to go for what. The floor was dirty in our room. No coffee maker in room. Dining options limited.

Clean, modern rooms. However, the lack of staff and customer service is unacceptable. Spent 15 minutes just trying to find the reception desk (there is none) employee at the small (looked like a grocery check out) desk appeared to be under the influence. No signage to tell you where to check in. The property is connected to another, and some exterior doors were locked - just a un-welcoming mess. On top of that, the city was under a BOIL WATER order, due to winter weather/broken pipes. the check-in employee failed to inform me of this. Luckily, I found out from another visitor before drinking the tap water. There were no coffee pots in the room, and no coffee available in the lobby. I had to request bottled water, and was only given two bottles for two guests. IF I WERE RUNNING THIS HOTEL, I would have offered the bottled water at check in. The valet was also absent from his station at check in (6 pm) and check out (10 am). I would avoid staying here due to the complete absence of customer service and staff.

It was unfortunate our room faced a parking lot. Otherwise it was clean, eco-friendly and centrally located to Beale Street.

This place was cutesy and aesthetic. The bar was extremely overpriced and the bar tender was a little rude. otherwise super great stay!
