聖羅克 Spa 精品飯店(Boutique Hotel Sant Roc & Spa)

No existe el Spa son dos jacuzzis, no hay masajista, ni zona de masajes viene una masajista de fuera a una habitación enana y cuando hay más de un masaje te dicen que te lo hacen en tu habitación cuando no cabe una cama de Masaje en ninguna habitación. La atención de la recepción decente pero no tiene ni piscina ni nada…no vale la pena y para cuatro estrellas con las ofertas que hay….. hay mucho mejores Hay una recepcionista rubia, con una pinta de horror y unas formas que ni para el mercado central de abastos…que es un horror!!! ha llegado a sacarme de quicio y eso es difícil. Llegó un momento que sin agua caliente la de acondicionado no funcionaba no había mantas no se abren las ventanas no había hielo en el Hotel etc. etc. etc. dije que casi casi quería llamar a la policía.

El Sant Roc es un precioso hotel en el centro de Mahón, que tiene todo lujo de detalles. Nos quedamos en una de las suites y no nos equivocamos en la elección. Ponen una botella de agua de cristal cada día en las habitaciones, lo cual se agradece mucho. Los jabones y cremas son de la marca Molton Brown y un pequeño set de commodities de muy buena calidad. La directora del hotel y el personal fueron especialmente amables. Pedimos unas toallas para ir a la playa y nos prestaron además una sombrilla. No pudimos probar el spa y esperamos volver pronto para hacerlo.

El hotel está muy céntrico, perfecto para conocer Mahón. La habitación es muy acogedora y bonita, el colchón es súper cómodo y los artículos de aseo son de Molton Brown. El trato del personal es perfecto, te hacen sentir como en casa, hasta te dejan una nota de bienvenida escrita a mano! Repetiré sin dudar!!

Une mention très spéciale pour l'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel qui a fait tout ce qui était possible pour faciliter notre séjour. Elles ont consacré un temps incroyable à nous aider pour tous les problèmes de rendez vous pour les test covid. Une autre fois au petit déjeuner, alors que nous demandions où faire quelques courses avant de partir en bateau pour la journée, nous avons eu la surprise de voir Paqui, la managère de l'hôtel, revenir avec un délicieux panier pique nique qu'elle nous avait préparé. Paqui, encore merci pour votre gentilless, votre disponibilité et tous les bons moments passé avec vous. Nous vous embrassons. Merci aussi à toute votre équipe

I have been to boutique hotel sant roc &spa at the end of July. I have stayed there only one night to have a quick look at Mahon before leaving Minorca. The hotel is extremely central and is located just at few steps with everything you need. The service is just amazing, all the staff is extremely friendly, attentive and helpful; they just helped me with all my enquiries. The room was located in a separate building, not far from the main entrance of the hotel, and it was spotless clean. It had all the comforts, including an hair diffuser, which for a curly hair person is quite difficult to find. It was quiet and no any noises disturbed during my stay. The only thing, was the size of the room, quite small regardless I was on my own. For the quality and the price paid, rooms should be bigger. Over all my stay was amazing though.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was as good as I remembered. The rooms are all slightly different so make sure you book the one that’s right for you. We got a top floor room in the main building facing the street. There was no street noise at all and the room was a great size, and lovely and clean. The hotel provides you with bottled water and all the good quality toiletries that you need. This time we went bed and breakfast. Breakfast is served in the basement which is very architecturally interesting with stone walls. The staff are lovely and you can order however much you want from the menu. We were little piggies and got a toastie, an omelette and croissants each day. It was so nice it was hard to resist! The location is absolutely perfect - seconds away from the main square with our two favourite bars in. Perfect city hotel.

Great location and a really great boutique hotel right in the centre. Only recommendation would be to make use of the spa a bit more accessible in terms of times etc.

The location is great but I was expected something cleaner. I found 2 cockroaches and the room quality was not close to the ones promoted in the photos. The staff is great but the price is expensive compared to the experience. I got charged €3 for a towel. The bakery in front is really good.

We had a flight cancellation and booked the Sant Roc for our extra night stay. They were extremely attentive and made a bad situation become a good experience. Will definitely book this hotel next time we plan to come to Menorca again!
