一切都很棒。前台的服務高效而友好。我們浴室的燈有點閃爍，但這不是什麼大問題。床乾淨舒適。半夜有一些吵鬧的客人，但又一次發生了。我們住得很愉快。早餐很美味，處理食物的女士們很友好，對我們很貼心。謝謝你。

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The breakfast buffet was barely edible and i am not a picky eater. The front desk staff was friendly but the hotel is extremely run down and dirty. The rooms smelled like smoke and beer. The bathroom was full of mold. We were suppose to stay 5 nights but left after the first. There are many other hotels nearby in Crabtree almost the same price as this one and much cleaner. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!

Mattresses are garbage. The ones in our room should have been thrown out years ago. No locks on any exterior doors. Our floor smelled of **** right in front of our room which should not have cost more than 50 bucks for the night. The entire facility is old and dated. There was no sleep to be had because the mattress wouldn’t allow it.

They could not find the reservation under my name or 2nd guest name. After insisting, and providing confirmation number. Receptionist said someone had already checked in under my name. After telling them that was not possible, they went to check the room and found someone else was there with a different name. Once we got a room everything was fine.

The hallway floors were not vacuumed at all for days. Side door was hard to open and when it did the box above the door just hung there and wondered if it would fall. The room smelt really bad from the air conditioner and it also stopped working late at night. The breakfast was not good either with a really small selection.

No ice maker on floor I was staying on. TV in room did not work at all. Breakfast selections limited. Drink vending machine showed price of drink at $1.75 but my card was charged $5.00 for the one pepsi bottle.

Average place to stay. Be smart and check your room and bed linens. We had an issue with bed bugs. When reported the staff apologized but did nothing to credit my bill or even come look for themselves.
