克洛斯飯店(Hotel le Clos)

Hôtel familial magnifique et idéalement situé pour découvrir la côte d'Or. Chambres très confortables et spacieuses. Propriétaire charmant et de bons conseils. Extérieurs très bien entretenus avec une superbe piscine. Bar disponible jusque 22h30. Très bon petit déjeuner. Parking privé. Endroit incontournable pour un voyage en Bourgogne.

Nous avons séjourné, pour la seconde fois dans cet établissement, hormis le changement de propriétaire, peu de chose à signaler Un service de qualité, des personnes à votre écoute, n'hésitant pas à vous conseiller Le petit déjeuné excellent et varié Une chambre impeccable Une place pour la voiture Un rapport qualité prix, en rapport avec la prestation Un bon moment, sur la route des vacances!

Reposant et bien centré pour visiter la région L’hôtel possède un parking privé, dans un environnement calme loin de la route et des bruits de Beaune Accueil très agréable, propreté grandeur des chambres climatisées Gourmandises et eau à disposition Petit déjeuner complet que nous avons pris à l’extérieur sous les parasols Très bel établissement, nous y reviendrons

Wij verbleven hier voor de derde keer met onze vrienden en genoten weer van dit typisch Frans maar zeer verzorgd hotel. Mooi ingerichte ontvangst en kamers. Mooi terras waar je bij goed weer kan genieten van een uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt. Ook een mooi in de ruime tuin gelegen zwembad kan worden gebruikt. Zeer sympathiek, vriendelijk en attent personeel. In dit hotel is geen keuken, maar iets verder in de straat kan je in een restaurant genieten van een prima Franse keuken. Het hotel ligt dit bij snelweg, maar je hebt hiervan geen hinder. Wij komen binnenkort terug.

Wenn man in einem halben Jahr wieder kommt, kann es doch nur gut sein. Romantisches Hotel, günstig gelegen, dennoch weit ab von den vielen Touristen. Faire Preise und sehr gutes Service. Garten mit Swimmingpool sind sehr gepflegt. Die 4* können ein 4*+ vertragen.

What a super stay in this carefully restored hotel which is run by a very friendly husband and wife team. The other staff are also superb. Set in beautiful grounds with flowers and a beautiful terrace for breakfast al fresco. Pool is perfect with lots of places to relax and lots of loungers with pool towels provided. Room we had (18) was large with a comfy bed and pillows a magnificent shower and lots of plugs in all the right places. Ambience very French and decor thoughtful and beautiful throughout. They get that part 100% right plus the rooms from a practical nature are brilliant too. Located 5 mins from Beaune and so much more than a one night stop en route somewhere. Recent review said carpet not good idea. Trust me it was superb! Stay here if you can.

As other reviewers have commented, this hotel provides an extremely convenient and quiet stop from the motorway. The hotel building is charming and authentic as are the grounds, but other aspects are severely lacking. We first stayed in May 2022 and on this occasion the light immediately outside the room wasn’t working. We asked the owner if it could be fixed as it was impossible to unlock the door without resorting to the torch on our iPhones, but he just shrugged and declared it not possible because it was a Sunday(?). The second time, we stayed in a duplex suite. Upon arrival we tried to switch on the A/C which didn’t work, so asked the owner if it could be fixed. He explained that we could either have heating or A/C, as it wasn’t possible to have both working at the same time. We confirmed that we would like the A/C as the bed was in the eaves and it was very stuffy. He told us not to worry and that it would be sorted. Of course it was no surprise to us to find that he hadn’t fixed it, and after the light incident the previous year, it just didn’t seem worth the hassle to ask again. To compound the issue, the skylight would open, but then not close again properly. This property has potential, but is poorly maintained with an owner who doesn’t seem to care about his guests’ needs The decor is tired and breakfast is adequate, but not great for the €18 per head. We won’t return.
