貝爾福飯店(The Balfour Hotel Miami Beach)

HOTEL TIPO BOUTIQUE, BEM CONSERVADO E EQUIPADO; EXCELENTE CUSTO BENEFICIO PARA A REGIAO. LOCALIZACAO EXCELENTE.

Hay dos edificios el antiguo y el nuevo. Los primeros dias estuve en el antiguo, un habitación muy pequeña y vieja con un cuarto de baña diminuto y a la que nunca volvería a este hotel. Posteriormente me cambiaron de habitación en el nuevo edificio donde todo es excelente, habitación amplia cuarto de baño amplio muebles nuevos. Por eso la media es "normal" por lo horrible de la primera habitación y la excelencia de la segunda

Struttura un po’ rumorosa a causa dei lavori in un edificio adiacente. Personale molto competente in particolare William che ci ha assistiti in maniera egregia. Il personale delle pulizie è stato molto disponibile e cortese. Due appunti: il servizio Valet ha difficoltà nel gestire le richieste quindi consiglio di muoversi con anticipo nel richiedere l’auto per non avere problemi oltre alla totale non disponibilità nel supportare il Cliente della receptionist bionda che non ci ha dato nessun tipo di supporto dimostrandosi anzi infastidita dal nostro farle notare che il servizio Valet è di responsabilità dell’hotel (ci è stata stornato parte dell’addebito in seguito per il disagio).

This place is a gem if you'd like to stay close to the beach and not pay a fortune! Though the restaurant has a small menu, the food is delicious, and the service all around is exceptional, with friendly, helpful staff. We loved people-watching from the comfortable and large front veranda, and the patio garden in back is lovely. The only things that could have been better were (a) the lighting in our room (very dark at night, with not enough light to see the contents of our suitcases), and (b) the mattress on the bed - too soft. Overall, I highly recommend!

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable.The location was perfect, beach was walking distance(really close by). The hotel was close to all restaurants, and still in quiet location. I would definitely recommend. Just note that parking is either valet or find a daily parking lot, and resort fees are extra.

We had a very nice stay. All the staff were incredibly helpful and very nice. I loved that it is a historic building. It has been nicely updated. The beds were so comfy and it sits the perfect amount away from the South Beach party but close enough if you want to join in. It feels very neighborly and is just about a block from the beach where chairs and umbrellas were are also provided free of charge. My only complaint would be the size of the rooms/bathroom. It was pretty tight quarters for my family of 4. Other than that my stay was wonderful.

Amazing staff, go above and beyond to help. We had an early arrival and they were able to accommodate us and even upgraded us. We were right across from the pool which was always clean and plenty of chairs and towels available. The beach is just across and they offer complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, such a wonderful perk. Location is ideal! Walking distance to all restaurants and nightclubs on ocean drive. Only a short 10 min Uber drive to downtown. Can’t wait to go back!
