I loved everything, very good location and service. A little nuance: the pool area is quite small, there are often wasn’t enough sun-beds for all guests.

Hotellin sijainti on tosi keskeinen. Next to Lincoln road. Bussipysäkki hotellin edessä. Pääsee mm Miamin kv.lentokentälle ilmaiseksi. Samoin kaupunkibussit pysähtyvät tässä. Hotelilla uima-allas sekä tuoli- ja varjopaikat SouthBeachilla mihin muutaman minuutin kävely. Erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. hyvä hinta laatu suhde. Suositelemme lämpimästi.

La location è centrale per Miami South Beach, dietro Lincoln Road e 100m circa dal Beach Walk, camere spaziose e con letti comodi, gentilezza squisita dello staff che fornisce di ogni necessità (acqua a volontà, cookies) e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Le finestre sono abbastanza insonorizzate, ma non i calpestii dei piani superiori. Nel complesso un hotel dove tornerei.

Excelente localização! A facilidade para chegar na praia e utilizar o clube de praia com cadeira e guarda sol e um diferencial. Sem contar com o Cláudio, que faz de tudo para que sua estadia seja excelente.

Hotel incrível, muito bem localizado e com bons e solícitos funcionários, principalmente o Cláudio, que sempre nos ajudou quando precisamos. Foi nossa segunda vez nesse hotel e com certeza iremos novamente e indicaremos sempre pra quem precisar

Nos dieron una habitación con vista y ruido a las maquinas del hotel, solicité cambio y nos cambiaron con vista a todos los botes de basura y por consiguiente nos despertaba el ruido el baño se tapó y pasamos toda una noche y mañana sin poder ir al sanitario tuvimos que salir del hotel para poder usar un sanitario muy mala experiencia

Come: Photos do not represent the property. The rooms are a bit beat up and the bathroom was outdated along with the toilet. The toilet would barely flush and the seat itself was worn. The thermostat did not function properly (seemed like it would stay cold no matter what we did). There was a $45 a day valet fee and if you do not choose that you had to park in a parking garage which was about $40 a day so if you’ll be staying in the south beach area, I would definitely Uber around. Pros- staff is friendly and accommodating and the location is convenient... it’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach and maybe a 10-15 min walk to ocean Dr.

O hotel está bem maquiado. Mas o pisto (e teto) parece ser de madeira e isso provoca muito barulho a ponto de incomodar de forma muito forte o sono. Isso deveria ser um alerta aos hóspedes, já que a simples caminhada dentro dos quartos (e mesmo pelos corredores) provocam muito ruído. O ar respirado parece também mais pesado, impossível saber se é feita higienização dos aparelhos de ar condicionado, mas notamos muito incomodo respiratório que não costumamos ter.

Terrible experience, breakfast was 3 out of 10, Nothing worked, the door card didn't work and took them two days to fix it, hair dryer was not working and i had to ask for towels. And couldn't turn down the AC. Also front desk called me to tell me why i did rate them low for the check-in like owe them explanation and it was a weird situation. I had to spend 30 minutes with ******* to explain the situation and why my rating was not anonymous and what Gave them right to call me and ask why rated low. I am rating everything low now and will right a through review in Yelp so they get the lesson.
