阿瓦隆飯店(Avalon Hotel)

Personnel très sympathique .hotel très bien placé sur océan drive côté moins animé et c est mieux . Prenez la vue mer c est magnifique même si elle donne sur la rue . Prenez boules quies pour le bruit à travers les murs et la clim et un peu la rue mais tout cela est supportable sans , à vous de juger ! L emblématique voiture photographiée des milliers de fois par jour est sublime ! Le seul bémol reste pour nous le petit déjeuner vraiment pas à la hauteur , dommage . Je reviendrai sans problème

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage 👍 Negativ: das Zimmer wo wir hatten es war zu feucht. Und wenn ein anderer gast 2-3 zimmer neben uns seine Tür schloss vibrierte die ganze Etage sogar das bett :) Frühstück: Amerikanisch halt wenig Auswahl aber ok. Personal: war super

Very close to the beach and all the restaurants. Iconic car in front of the hotel and retro a**osphere. Room was clean and ok but a little noisy at night from outside (not too bad). Breakfast was convenient and nice. Front desk was very nice and welcoming. They provide beach towels and chairs. Overall nice... I would stay again.

I read lots of reviews over this property and have to say many were not the same experience that others had. It was clean, the A/C worked fine the bed was very comfortable. We stayed at the corner beach view room and the windows were equipped with dark shades, yes it is bright around the area. We did not hear any loud outside noise after 10pm ( there is construction next door but the noise was low in the morning and done by sundown). I did wish they served pancakes and the ability to make ice coffee, but the continental breakfast is still good. The bar area is small but there is a bar bite menu and happy hour, just wish it expanded to the outside so we could hear the live music. I would give this hotel 9 out of 10. Across the beach, different choices of food near by and we had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The customer service is excellent! Julio at the front desk is amazing! He always have good smile and he took his time answering our questions , he also shared the history of this iconic hotel. Also Dario, Rosario and Carlos at the breakfast area are so nice. They all made our stay in south beach so special. The hotel is old but has the charm , it’s clean and most of all the people who work there are all so nice and welcoming to us. Breakfast is good, there are chairs and beach towels, free bottled water daily in the room. The coffee is good too! When my hubby saw the classic car in front of the hotel he already love the hotel. I give this hotel 5/5 . Their restaurant is also amazing. We ordered the bang bang shrimps, macadamia crusted snapper and the crab and herb crusted grouper all delicious! We regret not to try their key lime pie coz we are already full. Good portions of food. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel . Thank you Julio for your wonderful service !

Overall good service. My first room was by the elevator and off the main street and noisy. I requested a new room which was larger and no noise complaints. The safe was broken and the repairman had to fix the next day, so i got 2 free drink tickets. The free breakfast was a nice touch.

This is our second stay at Avalon. We were greeted by name. That’s so special in today’s world. The restaurant is world class an the property is apiece of history. Thanks to the staff for making us feel at home.
