邁阿密萬豪飯店比斯坎灣(Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay)

Love the property and overall, great space. My room, 401 was under the Fitness Center... 6am, every morning the runners are on the treadmill and they "bounce" loud enough to hear it in my room below. 1 was bad... 2-3 runners and you're not sleeping. The other "issue"... I was a bit disappointed that after a great remodel of the entire property, the hot water to shower is still slow to not at all... at least for my room. Great service, great hospitality, great answers to questions, great food and views.

quite a long line to check in, even though i was asked to check in online, which i did. I also checked off for no cleaning service throughout my entire stay, and yet i found my personal items moved for cleaning. while in general the hotel is quiet, i clearly heard other's alarm, even one that went off for 10 minutes before sunrise. Pool was closed, and no good area to sit with visitors and enjoy the view.

We witnessed domestic violence across the way. The man pushed the girl down by her face and they both threw each others clothes over the balcony. They were screaming and slamming doors. It wasn’t the hotels fault and there was nothing they could do about it but call the police but still and unfortunate event visible from our balcony.

Overall a decent experience. The ambience and room is bright and refreshing. I am appalled that for all of the 31 floors here, the front desk is manned with only 1 or 2 people. Once it's your turn, their service is superb, but it's a very long wait. I don't know if this is for all rooms, or #2317, but the shower is very slow draining. So slow that our family had to space out our showers, even turn off the water in between when scrubbing to prevent spillover to the rest of the bathroom. The only restaurant attached had good food, but the service was very slow. There's a smaller unfortunate mall next door, but we found more options about a quarter mile away.

There were tons of mishaps, such as unauthorized charges to our rooms, the front desk not adding the proper Platinum Elite Number to our reservation, causing us to lose big time during our three weeks, and my mom's luggage being turned away because her name wasn't properly added to the rooms, despite we providing ID and being assured it was added. Lots of errors, Right!! Yes, we met Ms. Marjorie at the front desk, and she and Leiliah were amazing! Outstanding! We will return because they made it right! Pack your patience when traveling; nobody is perfect. But Marriott Biscayne made it right! I have recommended our Wealth Connect Conference be at the location again in June 2024!

The air conditioning was not good and noisy when it was running. I can not sleep all night. The swimming pool is not working even though I have to pay to stay in including the swimming pool service.
