El precio estaba dentro de el rango a comparación de los demás hoteles, magníficas instalaciones, el servicio muy bien , me encantó y sobretodo la amabilidad y eficiencia con la que desempeñan el trabajo, la comida estuvo bien , el personal muy atento y amable …. Solo que en la mayoría de los hoteles en los que nos hemos hospedado siempre te ponen botellas de agua en el cuarto y pues este fue la excepción, que para decir verdad si me sorprendió

Do NOT stay here if you have an early flight and want to enjoy breakfast. We tried to go to breakfast at the Coral Cafe at 6:00 am only to find out that breakfast doesn't open until 6:30 am. I stood by the hostess because it said wait to be seated and she just looked at me rudely and said, ”uhhh...? Do you need something or...” I replied, ”Yes, I wanted to get breakfast.” She responded rudely, ”Well, it doesn't even open until 6:30 so you're gonna have to wait.” We are diamond members and we tried to use our food and beverage credit to grab something quickly. We only had 5 minutes to eat so we couldn't sit down and eat. We only wanted a croissant that we were willing to pay $15 for and It was literally just sitting at the buffet to grab easily. The hostess was so freaking rude and argued with me and embarrassed me in front of everyone. She said I had to sit down and wait to be served. We had already waited 30 minutes for her to tell us this. She told us to go to Starbucks instead. I informed her that I wanted to use my food and beverage credit and she said, ”oh well. I don't know if it works there, but you'll just have to go there because that's you're only option. I can't give you a croissant here. You have to sit down and wait to be served.” Pretty ridiculous that I couldn't buy something to go. They also charged us $18 for our Turo to be parked in the parking lot for only a couple hours while it was waiting to be picked up! We didn't even have the car parked over night. Also, I NEVER received a receipt after checkout which is not normal for Hilton. I had to find the receipt online via the app. Will never stay here again! Super rude and terrible customer service! I have stayed at many Hiltons all over the world, but I have never been treated so poorly!

我們在南海灘的酒店取消預訂之後的最後一刻，我們在這裡預訂了酒店，而且效果很好。我們住了5晚，輕鬆地遊覽了我們感興趣的所有地方。前往南海灘的150輛巴士，在酒店停靠的36巴士可以帶您前往海豚商城，而其他一切都是Uber的短途旅程，費用不超過20美元。房間很乾淨，早餐好（這是可悲的看到所有的廢塑料，請做一些事情），前台的工作人員的工作不是很歡迎。班車在每個小時的頂部都位於酒店，大約需要10到15分鐘即可到達機場。

Lots of construction with no being in the best of areas it’s a nice hotel with tons of amenities and is very close to the airport! No room service when we stayed. They did give free drink vouchers which is a plus.
