My only concern was with the transportation services. The person who transported me from the airport was WONDERFUL. He assisted me with my bags. He was positive and easy to talk with
The person who took me to the airport the next morning sat in the van as I struggled to get my bags in. I'm fact, she did not drive up to meet at the door-- she stayed in the van as I walked across the parking lot. Did not engage on the drive and did not assist at the airport. I still typed her, and felt a level concern as she may have been to disabled to assist.

From check in to check out , was everything a hotel should be! Friendly staff , super clean room , would highly recommend & definitely be staying here in the future!

The coffee was terrible! please switch brands. The machine was cool.
The room was clean except for the toilet. Someone had urinated in it and didn't flush. yuck.

The soundproof rooms are the best! It’s so nice to stay at a hotel with comfortable beds and not be able to hear people walking on the floor above you or doors closing next to you. Would totally recommend.
