聖費爾莫布雷拉公寓(Brera Apartments in San Fermo)

Service is “0”. Electricity is shut down at night and didn’t come back again. No hot water. No air conditioner. No late check out. My mother was old and ill. They didn’t allow me to stay even one hour more. We can not have a shower and waited electricity to come back. But they didn’t allow us to wait. Worst service in Europe even in the worlds Hotel location is worst. Neighbourhood is very dirty and unsafe.

The location was nearly impossible to find, and we were unable to communicate directly with the proprietor. They didn’t answer the phone or respond to messages. The TV and air conditioner were both broken. People yelling in the streets and vehicle noise awoke us several times nightly. The 3rd party with whom we reserved the room was also unable to get in touch with the property manager. There were hidden costs, including a $40 cleaning fee. In all, we paid $377 a night for a studio apartment. The parking garage was $37 per day.

We had a great time at the apartment, from start to finish. The check-in was very easy and convenient and Dario was great. We had a great stay and it was easy to check out as well! The apartment had everything we needed and it was great to know that the team were only a message away if we needed anything. I would stay there again, no doubt, and would definitely recommend! Brilliant apartment for 2 couples stay at 5 Via Narina. Clean, fully equipped bright and light apartment in an excellent location walking distance to Duomo, Castello and Navigli areas. Parking conveniently directly opposite apartment. Highly recommend

Apartamentos amplios, bien decorados y dotados de menaje más que sobrado, todo en condiciones, limpio y con buen uso. Ascensor exclusivo para el apartamento en el quinto piso, desde cuya terraza teníamos una buena vista de la ciudad.

Il portafoglio di proprietà gestite da Brera Apartments é di qualità e ottimamente disposto a Brera e dintorni. Online booking preciso e veloce. Pulizia top. Checkin veloce ed efficiente. Ho provato diversi serviced apartments a Milano ma ormai utilizzo quasi esclusivamente Brera Apartments su base settimanale. Pricing corretto.

What a lovely part of the world i would recommend to all. We stayed here and it was fab we had no problems and felt safe and secure each and every day of of our stay which is half the battle for lone females.so full marks here

Pulizia della casa ottima Ben arredata e sistemata Situata in una buona posizione L’unica pecca è che, la camera è esposta sulla parte della strada e quindi non è silenziosa e si sente il traffico che disturba.

My boyfriend and I got denied a room at another hotel, after they promised us a room over the phone. We had traveled a lot that day and looked forward to check in. After a lot of stress we found Brera Apartments, who did everything they could to help us find a room ASAP. They were so kind, professional and helpful over the phone and listened to all your requests, to find you a perfect match. We got an apartment in the center of Milan with a view over the Duomo. As soon as you walk out of the door you are in the shopping street and only 2 minutes away from the Duomo and metro. The apartment it’s self is so good. Everything is in a perfect condition, big bed, kitchen with water, tea and coffee, a super clean bathroom and a huge closet. Their employees are so sweet and ready to help you in anytime.
