伊莎貝拉公寓(La Residenza Isabella)

Overcharge by force, overcharge some fees not written in advance. The time limit of checkin and checkout made travel very, very inconvenient. Because I arrived late, I was charged an extra late checkin fee, which was inexplicable. The guy who opened the door for me was nice.

B&B in zona Porta Romana, vicino al Tribunale, a 10 minuti a piedi dal Duomo, ed a pochi minuti a piedi dalla linea gialla della metro (M3 fermata Crocetta). Le camere, molto curate e dotate di ogni confort, si trovano in una sorta di corte privata, immersa nel silenzio, tanto che non pare di essere in una grande città come Milano. La zona è tranquilla, residenziale. La nostra camera matrimoniale, 140 euro a notte con prima colazione, aveva anche una bella terrazza/giardino pensile, dove poter prendere il sole. Segnalo che nel bagno vi era la doccia con cromoterapia. Colazione da consumare in camera con prodotti confezionati, + macchinetta per caffè, microonde per il latte, frutta, succhi, insomma ben organizzata pure se “self service”. Garage a pagamento a poca distanza: per un giorno 20 euro. Personale alla reception cortese e disponibile. Terrò presente per le prossime volte

Appartamento molto carino, curato e pulito. Posizione strategica, a una decina di minuti a piedi dal Duomo. Isabella e i suoi collaboratori davvero gentili e disponibili. Super comodo il box privato a pochi metri dall'appartamento.

Una garanzia di cordialità, ospitalità e professionalità. L’appartamento è delizioso, non manca proprio nulla, sembra di stare a casa. È la seconda volta che sono ritornata, ma ce ne saranno sicuramente molte altre. Da non trascurare la vicinanza con la metropolitana ed il parcheggio.

It is a pleasant enough hotel, though not central. You need to take the Metro. I had a lot of trouble checking in as we arrived late and my phone was not enabled. There is no reception.

We stayed 4 nights at the Residenza Isabella. Enzo and Isabella made us feel like we were staying with friends from the moment we arrived. The apartment was comfortable and roomy, and walking distance to the Duomo and Sforza castle. Lots of places to eat and have fun! If you prefer to take the the metro there is a station 5 minutes from the Residenza. The daily breakfast was excellent and Sonia took great care of us every morning. Unlike other corporate hotels the room was cleaned daily and the coffee and other amenities replaced. We highly recommend staying at this place!

Very noisy location. Very difficult for sleeping

A quiet, residential property that is just a short walk to the metro or to the Duomo.

The family running the stay couldn’t be any nicer or more accommodating. Easy check in and we were spoiled with an excellent Sunday breakfast the next day at their restaurant next door.
