IMHOME - 卡多納房子(Imhome - Cadorna House)

我在抵達前一天從那不勒斯打電話給酒店。被告知我們應該在第二天嘗試，因為沒有合適的人員。當我們到達Cardona House時，門口有一個亞裔男子，他說他也有同樣的經歷，並會在第二天早上9:00回來投訴。 我們攔住了出租車司機，他帶我們去了街上的另一家酒店“Mokinbo”，我們在那裡付了出租車司機的錢，並支付了 190 歐元過夜費。 第二天早上，飯店在一家姊妹飯店為我們找到了更便宜的住宿，並說當我們準備好時，司機可以帶我們去那裡。我們對這個安排很滿意。並支付了我們剩餘住宿的自付費用（四晚 585 歐元）。

地理位置優越，擁有您在飯店房間想要的一切，即乾淨、安靜、良好的淋浴、冰箱和空調/暖氣。接待處的丹尼非常樂於助人。小抱怨 - 床很好，但床頭板需要更換/深度清潔。

卡多納房子唯一令人愉快或迷人的元素是他們在庫存照片中使用的外部庭院。一旦你走過它，你會發現它是無菌的、黑暗的、有消毒劑的氣味、光線過亮、狹窄的，坦白說有點令人毛骨悚然。在「旅館」裡，除了你的房間之外，沒有任何地方可以消磨時間，房間的窗戶可以看到磚牆，甚至沒有椅子。

地理位置優越。酒店非常乾淨。進出需要使用 3 個鑰匙，這有點奇怪。其中一把是萬能鑰匙！浴室非常好！採光好！床很硬。

The room is well located. The room is generally clean. But when you go back to the room after a day of running around, the garbage is there without throwing.

Location is great and room was very quiet !

I’d give it a five if check in was easier. Room is spacious - it looks over the entrance of the metro station so there is some noise from trams, traffic and a nearby hospital. But the room itself is spacious, clean, plenty of hot water and the price was right. Check in was difficult, partly because my phone company had not given my phone international access as we’d requested a week earlier so i could not coordinate access with their agent and early check in is not available. If you are not jetlagged and have a working cell phone I’m sure check in is significantly easier. Also, a warning for anyone taking the express train from the airport - you have to validate your train ticket or a 12 euro train ride becomes a 62 euro trip with fines.

As previously reviewed...useless reception...no-one around until we found 2 cleaners who eventually sorted us out..this was after 3pm and the room wasn't ready. Same happened to some guests the next day. We stayed 3 nights and never again saw any staff! Great location with supermarket, pharmacy and coffee shop either side. Easy to walk or tram/metro anywhere.
