當時吟哦比較晚下訂單然後前台沒有收到刷卡紀錄就要我們重新刷卡一次，浪費了將近一小時的時間，好在客服即時處理完成

A very tired property which could do with some love. Possibly the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, except I couldn’t sleep as it was so uncomfortable! Parking is free but across the road in a public car park, so don’t forget to get everything you need out of your car or you’ll have a bit of a walk. Hotel is Across the road from the river sidewalk which is pleasant and a lot of restaurants are around the corner.

The motel itself is great there's a nice size pool, a little gym which i used and a couple of connecting food places and the surrounding area is convenient right near the murray and bars/restaurants etc.
The room itself was a bit average and the bed was uncomfortable but overall it was a positive experience moreso due to everything outside of the room itself.

the fact that there were children running up and down the hallways and throwing a ball inside whilst the large extended group of parent's grandparents etc were sitting outside everyday cooking sausages in a frypan and drinking whilst their children run amuck and disturbed al the guests. the rooms weren't that clean and the hot water in shower very temperamental overall not a pleasant stay wont be coming back

No mention of Stefano's restaurant anywhere in hotel nor in folder in the room - strange because that's why we booked. Its an old hotel due for another refurbishment and cleanup but overall very comfy bed and amenities.
