White Pebble Suites

Attention danger ! Cet établissement référencé 5 étoiles met en danger ses clients. En effet, la nuit dernière, l’alarme incendie s’est déclenchée à 5 heures du matin. Aucun personnel n’était présent pour intervenir. Les clients auraient pu mourir asphyxiés ou brûlés ! Quand nous sommes allées reporter l’incident à la réception le matin nous avons appris que l’hôtel n’était pas gardé. C’est purement inadmissible pour cette catégorie d’hôtels avec les prix qui eux sont similaires à un 5 étoiles international. Un conseil : si vous dormez sur Pollonia fuyez ! Vous reviendrez entier de vos vacances.

Hotel horriblement cher pour ce que c’est, hormis une belle décoration. Les chambres de « luxe » n’ont pas la vue mer contrairement à ce qui est vendu ( vue sur la chambre d’en face et sur le chemin menant à la piscine (très petite), aucune intimité, mauvaise insonorisation ( réveillés par le nettoyage des allées et le soir par le bruit du bar). Service pas à la hauteur des tarifs pratiqués : chocolat au lait facturé ( il faut prendre un café ou un thé pour ne pas payer de supplément dans le breakfast !!!) , pas de serviette de piscine dans la chambre, pas de peignoir de bain en éponge, pas possible de jeter le papier toilette dans les cuvettes sous peine de voir arriver le camion « déboucheur » devant l’hôtel (charmant!) avec ses tuyaux d’évacuation traversant l’allée principale. Manager pas sérieux et pas du tout à l’écoute de ses clients. Dès notre arrivée nous avons manifesté le souhait de ne rester que 3 nuits au lieu de 4 car un avis de grand vent était annoncé et que nous avions peur que notre speed-boat soit annulé. Malgré nos demandes aucun retour du manager. Ce dernier, la veille de notre départ, nous a enfin proposé de nous rembourser la chambre qu’à la condition qu’il puisse le relouer, ce qui n’est bien entendu pas arrivé puisque la chambre a été remise en location seulement le jour de notre départ à 10h… Il ne nous a pas non plus proposé de rembourser le petit déjeuner, non pris bien évidemment…. En clair, vous trouverez c’est sûr bien mieux que cet hôtel sur Pollonia….

Seldom have we been made to feel so welcome at a hotel. From the check-in with Peter, to Lef, who was always so helpful, to Antony, always around to help with anything, to the lady at the pool bar (I don’t have her name). All top class, so warm and kind. You are made to feel like family. The staff have an ability to make this feel like a tailored, personal experience. The location is great - right on the sea and a ten minute walk from Pollonia, where there are many great restaurants as well as a lovely beach. We had one dinner at the restaurant and the food is excellent! Our room was amazing, literally one can walk out and jump into the sea. I cannot recommend White Pebble highly enough. They are a new hotel and I wish them every success! If you are thinking about visiting Milos - book White Pebble! Thank you, Chris & Laura

Wow! Absolutely a hotel where every detail has been considered. Located in the quiet, serene town of Pollonia, this is a great home base for staying in and exploring Milos. The hotel is close to the town center and services and a short drive to other towns to explore. The hotel itself is exceptionally designed; nearly everything is in serene tones of beige and white and blend with the natural landscape. The whole staff were so friendly and helpful; I can’t say enough about all of them although Stephanie at the bar in particular was a delight and always greeted us with a super warm smile. The food was outstanding!! Breakfast was delicious as was poolside lunch. Toiletries were so incredibly luxurious. It was truly a treat staying here.

I am SO happy we chose to stay at White Pebble Suites when visiting Milos. Beautiful boutique hotel, prime location and the best part about it all - the staff!!! Stephanie, Lef, Andoni and Andoni were amazing! Always greeted us, always talked to us, made sure we were enjoying our time and really made us feel at home. I will always return to white pebble suites mainly for the staff but everything was 10/10!!!

Lovely small rooms all with a terrace - helpful and friendly staff next to the lovely village of pollonia- great food and breakfast ! Lovely spot overlooking the sea with a very small pool - there is a small spa as well

We have just spent 8 nights in the White Pebble Suits Hotel It’s the best Hotel we ve ever stayed in. The Hotel is new with cutting edge decor. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was spacious and comfortable and very luxurious. All the staff were phenomenal especially the day and night managers Lef and Helen. Nothing was a problem for any of them. Food was exceptional, we loved the Greek breakfast and all the new flavors. We also had some dinners at the hotel which were outstanding my husband loved the burger. We loved the quiet and relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be back to Milos and The White Pebble Suites. Thanks for an amazing Holiday Jos and Andrew Reekie

We came to Milos for our honeymoon and this hotel is where you need to stay. We had a suite with a private pool and a gorgeous view of the neighboring islands. The rooms need some more closet space, luckily we were only there for 3 nights. We loved the breakfast, they brought it right to your balcony. Best pancakes we’ve had in Greece! Might try eating them with honey back home too haha Peter and his staff made everything perfect. He planned out itineraries with us and was fantastic in arranging everything for us, an absolute legend! Can’t say the same about some other staff members, the other guy in reception was nasty. Maybe it’s a language barrier but a nasty guy. Check in earlier in the day with Peter to make sure you get a warm welcome. We wish we had stayed some more and enjoyed a massage, their spa looked great. They have an entire gift shop downstairs with clothing and jewelry. Would definitely recommend to anyone especially couples and newlyweds.

We first heard about White Pebble through friends who stayed there last year while in Milos. The pictures do not do this place any justice, the views are breathtaking. We stayed in a deluxe suite and had a beautiful view from our balcony of the pool and beach front. We arrived early to the hotel and our room wasn't ready just yet. Adrianna did the check in process with us and was very cute and sweet. She was quick with recommendations of things to do throughout the island. She invited us to lay out by the pool while we wait for our room to be ready and provided us a place to change and some towels. Peter showed us to our room when it was ready and was very informative helpful, and charming. He did a wonderful walkthrough of the room and had an answer to all of our questions and request. He booked us restaurant reservations, beach chairs at a beach bar, and gave us plenty of options for boat tours. He went above and beyond, one of the best hotel employees we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Because of the wind we weren't able to go on a boat tour, gives us an excuse to come back next year! Loved!! the food at the hotel was superb. Especially the zucchini chips and Milos salad! Our server for breakfast Anthony was very sweet and did everything with a smile, even in the sweltering heat. The young lady behind the bar was very funny and made an awesome cappuccino. We have one complaint about the two tall staff members, one of them was Leaf? Both had major attitude and sarcasm problems, and Leaf made an absolutely disgusting comment while we were on our way out to dinner one night. We later found out he was a manager there? Terrifying. The next day we ordered a big water bottle from the bar and the one with the braces had the nerve to say "you know this isn't free, right?" We are paying hundreds of euros a night for a room, we are not expecting anything for free and more than capable of paying for a water bottle. Definitely did not belong in a 5 star resort. If it weren't for those two we would have easily given the review a 5/5. Will come again, hope we do not see those two.
