密爾沃基濱河假日飯店(Holiday Inn Milwaukee Riverfront)

Property was just ok. $16 for breakfast buffet under 2 free. Which was nice cause we had a one yr old. Coffee was complementary which was nice. As entered our room air freshener wall plug in overwhelmed me. I unplugged it for the night. In morning room smelled really musty. At $300 a night that’s with taxes probably won’t stay here again.

This place was ridiculously overpriced for the room we got, because it was HARLEY WEEKEND. No WAY was this worth nearly $500!! We didn't have enough toilet paper in our bathroom! The room smelled mildewy...i would absolutely NEVER stay at a hotel in this group again and i seriously wonder at Expedia's choices. What a waste of money that i would love back--either all or a part of. I already left a review at the IHG website. Just awful....no ice on any floor...because it was crowded. So you pay more and get less?? Forget it.

A/C wasn't working in our first room and they were sending maintenance to check. Thirty minutes later and no one showed up. We were told that they cannot give us another room at 3pm because they were all booked. After some back and forth we were given a new room. The room had a musty smell. Everything felt old and run down.

Hot tub was filthy and foamy. Vacuumed the hallway outside our room at 6:30AM, waking our entire family. Patio was unkept and clearly wasn't maintained. Breakfast was $16 and wasn't even worth $5.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Since the building was full, more than one slow elevator near the entrance would have been nice. The air conditioner sounded like a jet at take-off, though it was very effective in cooling the room!

Property is in need of either a good thorough cleaning or refresh. It is in good location. Breakfasts are fantastic. I especially enjoyed the pancakes and scrambled eggs with sausage bits mixed in. Delicious.

The pool had no heat in the water. Just cold room temp. We were charged $5.00 for a hot ordered breakfast but the cook didn't show up. We were served a cold breakfast and told to keep the breakfast coupon.

Very loud crowd at this hotel. Glad I had earplugs and headphones. No microwave in room - guess I didn’t look close enough at details but figured that was a given for all hotels. Hot tub was gross 😬 stuff floating in it and a milky color. Lobby was super clean and welcoming but everything else was sub par.

Ironing board, no iron; breakfast & coffee is completely gone by 10am not replenished; people stating next door kept us up until 3am - called front desk 3x to complain no answer; apparently they have security at 10 pm but no where to be found
