Nice place

Only one night stay with family, hotel room was quiet and (two double) beds were comfortable for my party of 4. Both check-in/out were a breeze. I was assigned the same floor as fitness center and pool but hallway was clean. The only inconvenience was that hotel does not validate parking of $17 overnight stay. Cannot comment on dining since we chose to have dinner/breakfast outside. Would stay again due to conveniently located downtown.

Great location for sporting events at the.UWe were in town moving our kids into 2 different apartments for another year at the U of M. The hotel is extremely clean & beautiful! Wonderful lobby area with coffee bar and evening cocktails We checked in very late after football game and the staff could not have been more welcoming! Then car trouble the next morning and a member of the hotel staff came to the parking garage to help us. Way above and beyond exceptional customer service! Will definitely stay here again.

Check in at 3pm, No room ready. Had a concert to attended at 4:30. Called me at 5pm to sat they had my room ready. Like a half day stayed at full price. No discounts. This happened twice in one week. Parking was $25. The least they couldve done for the inconvenience paid the parking or something.

Our room was never ready and by the time I asked for any other room we were already late for our event. We were supposed to have a suite and ended up with a double. I was told they were comping my parking and breakfast and also reducing the amount I was charged but after the fact now are telling me they can’t because I booked through *******.

The “fast” wifi is not fast at all. Sometimes it would lag and not load up a website. The hotel seems very old by just looking at the heating unit, they just replaced the furnitures. You can hear all the noises in the hallway clearly in the rooms. The shampoo conditioner, and body washes are not locked, so people could put something in there. Overall, this hotel seems nice, but it really isn’t.
