明尼阿波利斯米爾區希爾頓嘉悅裡飯店(Canopy by Hilton Minneapolis - Mill District)

Absolutely wonderful. I am super picky and my friends all stayed at other hotels in for a wedding. I was last minute and didn’t like what I had seen in the other hotels my friends were at so I walked down to check out this one and I was so happy I did! Love love love it. Clean and cozy and felt like an adults on the interior furnishings. Other hotels have cheap furniture and feel like dorm rooms. I was really have with this choice all the way around!!! I will definitely be back and can’t wait for their new spa to open!! Staff was great too and hotel was decorated lovely for Christmas! Great price also!

My son took a short shower and had to shut it off as the drain wasn’t working. He shut it off before the water went over the side. It’s not a tub but a stand up shower only. I was unable to shower at all due to this and we both just got done in the fitness room. Spoke with the front desk about it. They were very nice and refunded my early check in fee and I am waiting to hear from the manager on an additional discount. Shower would have been nice as I needed to leave and pick up my daughter to do our planned Christmas decorating today. So I got to do that with my family in my sweaty clothes. Not ideal.

Called the property the morning we were due to check-in and told them that our flight was cancelled and we would arrive the following day. Arrived to check-in the next day and were told we lost our room for a ‘no show.’ How could we be a no-show if we called before check-in to tell them our flight was cancelled and we would arrive a day later? That wasn’t the worst of it. The supervisor was extremely callous and told us they had no availability and offered no apology or concern for our situation. Very poor customer service. If I were the manager or regional manager- I would train my staff better. It would have been professional and courteous to offer to call another hotel to see if they had a vacancy. I will not book a Hilton again.

We absolutely love this hotel!! We arrived hours early and they graciously provided early checkin without extra cost. We were most impressed by the architecture design of the building. The hotel was built on a historical building, and modernized in such a stylish way. We stayed on the top floor and the ceiling is like 2-story high. Very interesting experience. Other things we love about this hotel is the location, which allows us to walk everywhere in downtown. The only thing we were bit confused about (no big deal though) is the lighting switches. There seems two master switches and after two days of stay we still couldn't figure out the logic. Anyway, if we ever go to Minneapolis again, this will be our top choice of hotel.

Nice room with large walk in shower. Difficult to figure out where to park when checking in and additional $30 per day parking fee if you are a Hilton Honors member ($35 if not). Restaurant on premises.

Excellent and pristine hotel in the middle of everything in Minneapolis. Maya at the front desk was beyond hospitable and kind. However, the other employees were not as customer friendly and need to take a lesson from her. The Canopy prides itself on being kind to the planet but refused to acknowledge the out of order water and ice on the fifth floor. We were told to go to other floors, which was both inconvenient and rude. The filters on these floors also needed refreshing. If it wasn’t for this issue, I would give them five stars across the board.

The rooms are very nice and unique since the building is a refurbished farm implement factory. It's lobby is large and beautifully decorated. My only complaint, and same as others I know that have stayed is that the bar closes at 10. It would be nice to fone back after a show or game and have a night cap
