明尼阿波利斯市區凱悅尚萃飯店(Hyatt Centric Downtown Minneapolis)

I would definitely recommend this hotel to people and I would stay here again. It looked like it was newly renovated. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were very chatty and gave us good service. Especially the two guys who worked the evening weekend shifts at the front desk. The location is perfect , parking is in a garage across the street and many bars and restaurants are within waking distance. Very good value for money!

If not for the front desk staff it would have been terrible. The room wasn’t anything near what was depicted in the picture I selected for my stay, nothing to sit on in the room, empty mini-frig, tiny closet, no slip *****s in tub, my room had only three things… bed, t.v., empty mini-frig and not room for anything else including a couple. The restaurant staff was inattentive, food served cold and we ate while it wasn’t nearly any customers. If you plan to drink water, bring it with you. Don’t look forward to having coffee in your room. Don’t expect to have your room cleaned or new towels delivered, if you’re staying long enough to use more than three towels call the front desk and request them upon arriving at the hotel, save yourself the disappointment. Parking, just pay the valet fees and save yourself the headache. Nothing we selected this site for was what we expected.

We paid a lot of money for a suite and called the day of to see if we could check in early. They said yes it would only be an hour and that was at 12. The room was not ready for us until 4:30 pm. We were very short on time to get ready for the event we were there to see. Then we got back to the room after event and there were no pillows or blankets for the fold out couch. The next morning we ordered breakfast for three people and two of the orders eggs were forgotten. When they came to give us them they said oh we just put some scrambled together for one person. It was not what we ordered and they didn’t give us another order. The whole experience was horrible. Will never book there again or with .

They charged both my girlfriend and I for the rooms, which set me back all my spending money for the whole stay. Also be aware parking is expensive and costs you per night, front desk doesn’t tell you this they just give you a QRcode to scan yourself in and out of the lot.

We booked for a 2 queen beds room for 4 adults but ended up getting a one bed king and sofa. The staff said that we were sold room by ******* that was sold out and there is nothing they can do since we booked through *******. Very disappointed as they kept putting the blame on ******* only and would not accommodate our needs since we paid in advance for the room with 2 beds.

Comfortable bed. Didn't like the narrow entrance amd short shower curtains.

The location as well as the spacious rooms is great. The hotel has been slightly renovated – but not everything has been renewed. The rooms are still the same (carpet, old faucets....). The fitness centre is large, but a lot of equipment has been removed (when it was the Grand Hotel, it had a lot more facilities). But for me that was totally OK! Also the fact that the spa area no longer exists does not bother me. I had a very pleasant stay overall! Thank you very much!

For our New Years stay at $500, the roof view was awesome : ( . Should be remodeled especially the bath tub shower.. Bed was comfy, lighting in the room ****** . Had to move lamps around. Staff very nice.
