Nice hotel in the center of Minneapolis. There’s even a Starbucks Coffee inside!

No toothbrush No toothpaste

This hotel is beautiful! It is in a great, convenient location. And, most of all, the staff is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive! Not only the front desk staff but the manager also. We were in town for Christmas and my husband's first football game. The hotel and staff exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable! Thank You!

Worst hotel stay of my entire life! The night we checked in our hot water didn’t work and we called down and we were told to let it run for a half hour and that didn’t work. The next day it still didn’t work and we waited several hours which resulted in my girlfriend getting yelled at by front desk staff and me being falsely accused of a crime by that same staff. We were offered an upgraded room that when we got there, seemed like it had been occupied and then moments later two men knocked our door and said they had left a bag in the room(one was wearing a ski mask). Two staff members were very friendly and helpful and told me the General Manager would be reaching out but that never happened so I emailed and never got a response. When I tried to get a refund through ******* I was told the Westin would not give us one because we accepted an upgraded room that was already occupied by two guys doing god knows what.

I booked this booed this place for a solo staycation and I must say I rested so well. The staff is as so nice , there was a slight issue with the check in but they gave me a complimentary breakfast to voice that issue . I felt safe , it was peaceful , had a great room and great views and the facilities were great. I also loved the parking how convenient it was as you can come in and out as many times as you’d like with the QR code provided . Will be coming back to the hotel again!

Ok property. The thermostat was not working so it was 80 degrees every night and there was nothing that could be done apparently... The double beds are not large enough for two people so we would consider finding a place with two queens next time.

This hotel is centrally located to all the major hot spots downtown. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant menu is somewhat limited but the food is good. Housekeeping skipped a day but overall everyone was accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

The hot water took over 30 minutes to even become warm enough to shower and even then it was still cold. I paid for the city view, but only got a see a building.
