明尼蘇達布魯克林中心麗怡飯店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Brooklyn Center, MN)

This hotel has been my preferred property in the NW metro since 1999. Sadly, the neighborhood has declined since then. And the landscape & parking lot are badly in need of refurbishment. But this is home away from home, and I will return as long as I can get a room on the back (quiet) side of the building.

The beds were uncomfortable and the area was pretty rough and did not feel the safest in that area. Also the hot tub was closed for cleaning and that was one of the main reason we booked this location.

I was not able to check into the hotel and hold an event that I had scheduled even after confirming in person with the hotel prior to date. Was told yes on the event then day of check in was told no!!

The mini fridge had food spilled and dried in it, the bathroom floor had not been swept or mopped there was pee on the floor around the toilet went to the front desk to talk to someone about it and there was a sign there saying they were helping customers and would be right back I waited over 15 minutes and got sick of waiting! Went to the pool in the morning and there were raisins peanuts and candy wrappers all over the floor around the pool and hot tub and wads of hair in the hot tub. The staff was very nice it was just a very dirty hotel

I dealt with a rude staff member. My thermostat in my room didnt work properly. My bathroom was not thoroughly clean to the point where I didnt wanna shower there. I had so many small issues that I ended up checking out after spending just 1 night of the 2 that I paid for. Would not recommend staying here

Our stay was very nice - our family came to Minneapolis under painful circumstances, but the staff was very gracious & made our time easier. Special kudos to Rhoda, who was amazing.

Quick Check in, Breakfast was easy and not a hassle. the juice machine broke and it was fixed within 5 minutes of it breaking. All of the employees were very respectful and helpful

Staff was very welcoming and professional. The cleanliness of the hotel was not the greatest. Hallway and room carpets are very dirty and stained. Our first room was very smoky smelling (all the hotel is supposed to be smoke free). The front desk staff was very understanding and moved us to a different room. That room was ok. I would rate higher but the cleanliness was iffy. The carpet was very worn and dirty. I dont think it had been vacuumed for a while. Fingernail clippings on the floor by the bathroom etc. The staff recommended the restaurant the 50s Grill which is about 10 min away. The food was awesome. Would highly recommend that.

Loved everything about the place, but the carpet can use a little cleaning. Just has stain everywhere.
