I travel to the area frequently for concerts and this was my first time staying at this property and will definitely stay here again! It was clean and very secure. I love that you not only needed a room key to get in the doors after hours, but you also need the key to take the elevator to the guest levels. Only thing I missed was having a microwave in the room, though there was one in the front lobby. Though, who want to go all the way to the lobby to heat food? Loved this place, 2 thumbs up!

Will never book here again, hotel only had 1 elevator working, for a fully booked night!, later they started using the service elevator, but was too little too Late! It was faster to walk up to the 13th floor than to use the elevator. Then after the Vikings game we stopped into the bar on site for a drink, my wife needed to use the restroom and they were locked, meaning if you needed to use the restroom, you were walking up to our room on13th floor. Such a poorly run hotel. It’s funny bc we stayed here before and the situation was the same!! We forgot to put this hotel as a do not stay!!

The parking garage was a problem. The Hotel should charge you at check in and verify your parking. Getting out of the garage was a cluster and made me wish I would have spent $50 more to stay somewhere that didn’t have this issue. Credit card machine wouldn’t work, system needs to change.

Beware they have 2 elevators for the entire hotel. On average we were waiting 20-45 minutes to get up or down. They have NO stairs to get to your hotel room. Unsure how this is even allowed. Staff were very rude. For $532 a night, this place was an absolute joke.

Stayed here with some friends and loved the hotel! Really nice facility and very friendly staff. Had to wait for an elevator for a while as only one was running, but no big deal. Otherwise, not a single complaint! Will be back

The receptionist at check in was exceptional; pleasant and very helpful. I believe her name was Shanna. Parking was in the building and the room and common areas were clean.

They had construction going on at 6am after a Vikings Monday night game and was painfully loud. Shouldn't have booked the room right where they were by my window looking in..
