Went to lunch with two friends ordered lunch. one meal arrived and after ten to fifteen minutes, I asked about the other two meals [ which should have arrived at the same time], finally showed up. I let that slide. Went to the bar to order a glass of cab sav [ from the drink menu], along with a hot chocolate, was told that they didn't have the cab sav on the menu ,by the glass, but I could buy another, but a whole bottle, or a glass of rose'. I had had enough of poor service and made a complaint to the manager, who said it was an unfortunate situation, BUT, he offered no solution, and couldn't be bothered. I said that my review would reflect my displeasure at his lack of service. He just shrugged. The food was average also, and the hot chocolate was half an hour after I ordered, and only because I had to chase this up also. If this was my business, that manager wouldn't be managing for long.
