摩押萬豪萬楓飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Moab)

Spent 2 nights here. It was 5 min from arches and app 40 min from canyonlands. Just the right distance from Moab to drive in to do shopping. Beautiful location and clean.

Checking time was too late. Room service was not daily but every 3 days. Does not provide some of toiletries

Extraordinary! Check-in was fast and easy, staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and beautiful. Our room was perfect with an awesome view. Breakfast was delicious with vegetarian options! we were really happy about this. Hotel is close to town and only 4 minutes away from Arches National Park! The Bistro food was delicious again with many vegetarian and even gluten free options. At the end we had to add another night to our stay and the staff worked fast to accommodate us. The outdoors pool, hot tub and fire pit were perfect addition after a long day of hiking. Definitely will stay here again!

The front desk was unaccommodating, first room they gave us we opened the door and there was some guy spraying air freshener and it was super stinky in the room so we got a different room it was a second floor room and very noisy the room was clean and the beds comfy…the pool area was big would not stay there again

No tengo nada negativo que opinar del hotel, el pueblo es un encanto, las vistas que se tienen desde el hotel al lago y montañas son increíbles, las amenidades del hotel son excelentes, el desayuno basto y suficiente y el costo en relación con lo que se recibe es excelente.

Beautiful property, but staff were not very helpful because I booked through *******. There was a mistake made in photos advertised and I thought I was booking a suite, I had to spend a lot of time on the phone with ******* to get it fixed and had to move to another hotel on the property. Staff could of easily rectified the situation in the first place. Also there was no sit down restaurant, only room service and it was not good. Food tasted microwaved and was poor quality.

I think we paid about $450 for one night at this hotel. We thought we would treat ourselves to an extra nice hotel for part of our visit. We have stayed at other hotels that were close to this price range and were a completely different experience from this one. This one does have free parking and a free breakfast which is nice. The hotel itself is nice. However the biggest reason we wanted this hotel was for the swimming pool area that is included. However the water is ice cold. I attempted to swim around for about 20 or 30 minutes. I warmed up enough for it to be bearable, but still had goosebumps on my skin when I got out. Could not get back in. Additionally, hotels of that price range usually have staff that help with luggage and things like that. None of that here. My wife did the check in and said that the greeting from the receptionist was very unpleasant. Granted the hotel itself and the breakfast were fine, the overall experience of the hotel is not worth more than maybe $250. It is not up to the standards of a hotel at that price range. Nice hotel, yes, but not near worth what they are charging, especially when you can't even use the pool because it is too cold. It was plenty hot outside, so it is not a matter of time of year. Stay somewhere else.

Multiple, large hot tubs for cold nights are wonderful. Pool is really nice as well except it was closed one of the two nights we were there and my daughter was very disappointed. Beds were comfortable, area is beautiful.
