英卡汽車旅館(Inca Inn Moab)

Our room is clean, but is in a terrible location in a dark corner behind utility room where broken equipment is stored outside, in the open. Leaky unit running water in walkway. Broken outdoor furniture. Utility style outlets, cheap vinyl floor. Bathroom has pedestal sink with no counter. Feels liike we are in a warehouse. We selected bcuz hot breakfast was ncluded. At checkin told no longer available. When we confirmed that it is on our reservation, were told we can go to another inn down the street for breakfast.

The Inn was funky. Some would like that. For us it was marginal. You can tell someone is trying hard but the building is just old, walls are thin, tv was analog. The king bed was ok but made a distinct sound like a metal drum when you got in. For Moab, the price was great and the facility worked, but not comparable to average places.

The AI checking me in was a little strange. I felt like if i had a problem there was no actal person who could fix it. Although i had clean towels folded, there were dirty ones hung up over the shower bar. Also i found a quarter on the sheet but under the cover. The bed was made, but finding that made it clear the sheet wasnt actually laundered since the last visit. Also, i came across two roaches in my room.

The check in was electronically with a lady on a camera in NewJersey. Absurd!Room has strong odor. Mold and mildew around tub. Needs painting. No pool no breakfast as advertised. All this fir $244! I need a refund!

Awakened in the AM with bathroom floor flooded . Couldn’t use the toilet or facilities. Cockroaches on floor, black hair in sink , 7 motorcycles in front of our unit. Reving their non- compliant mufflers into the nite. Ask for customer service over the next three days and it took four days for a reply. Asked for a refund, that person said management will have to decide, and never heard back from anyone.

The bed was fine . The shower was ok. The pictures on the listing were misleading. There was no coffebar or continental breakfast. No restaurant either. Amenities are important to me as i travel on a budget. I stringly suggest that the owners update their pictures in various places. I also expected there was s pool but it was filled in eith concrete. This was very disappointing. I wont book there again. .

There was mold around the tub in the bathroom. No towel rack where you could hang up a towel or wash rag. I paid of $250 per night for this hotel. No personnel on duty. You talk communicate via video chat.

DON'T USE THIS MOTEL!!! It is extremely dirty, space for breakfast is very limited and some guests had to eat while standing. Most of all, the place is very dirty!!!

The room was large enough for our family. Main problem was that the info on ******* stated that a breakfast was included in room rate. When we got there, they stated no breakfast was available. Also, rooms were not clean.
