瑟維塔5號飯店(Hotel Cervetta 5)

Hotel veramente in centro, subito dietro a piazza del Duomo. Offre il servizio parcheggio nel garage a fianco dell' ingresso. Lato negativo, l assenza del frigobar in camera e della possibilità di fare colazione in struttura. Climatizzatore un po' rumoroso e camera carina, in stile shabby chic, un po' piccola. Bagno piccolino. Assenza di ascensore, ma dichiarato già al momento della prenotazione. Personale molto disponibile, anche via wa e telefono.

We came in and could hardly breathe because of the strong incense smell. For a moment I just wanted to leave. But staff was very welcoming and we continued the check in process. Then we were told there is no elevator and we were two levels up. They offered to take up our bags. We had to take them up on it. The room was clean with a minimalist decor. The bathroom had no place for the toilet paper roll. We had to use the bidet to put the toilet paper. Interesting place place, centrally located. But not for senior travelers.

Non solo accoglienza professionale, gentilissima e veramente gradevole, ma una struttura accogliente e deliziosa anche nei più piccoli dettagli di arredamento! Esperienza che sicuramente rifarò nel mio prossimo soggiorno a Modena!!! Complimenti ala struttura e grazie al suo staff!

Hermoso hotel super acogedor en el centro de Modena. Una casa de tres plantas con decoracion minimalista que transmite la sensación de hogar. Ubicación excelente a pasos de los puntos de mayor interés en la ciudad como el Mercado Central, La Torre Cívica y la Piazza Grande. Personal sumamente amable y alegre, disponible para atender en cualquier horario. Habitaciones muy espaciosas y cómodas, muy bien equipadas. No tiene ascensor por lo que si viajas con mucho equipaje debes ir preparado para subir escaleras. Aún así, recomendamos enormemente este hotel sobretodo si quieres pasar una estadía romántica en esta linda ciudad.

VERY central hotel, clean and comfortable room with all the facilities you would expect. No breakfast, but a plethora of breakfasting possibilities all within striking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Terrific location. Very cute. Comfortable, spacious room and bathroom. The negatives: Very dark room with poor lighting. But the location, the aesthetics of the hotel and the staff make up for it!

Hotel in pieno centro storico, posizione ottimale ma in una strada tranquilla e silenziosa. Vicino a piedi a tutti i monumenti, ristoranti e shopping. La mia camera molto carina, stile shabby chic, minimal ma accogliente con luci soffuse. Bagno carino e ben arredato anche se un po piccolino. Colazione a buffet molto buona e varia, sia dolce che salata. Bevande calde espresse. Personale molto gentile, soprattutto la proprietaria, davvero una persona squisita e disponibile. Accoglienza TOP! Sono stata molto bene.

Camera piccola ma ben arredata e accogliente. Materasso molto comodo. Doccia un po' piccola. Colazione ricca e gustosa. Personale molto gentile, sorridente e disponibile: consigliatissimo!

Perfect hotel for central Modena everything was in walking distance. Rooms are clean if more basic than we are used to but for our stay was perfect. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, they sorted our airport transfers, made excellent recommendations for dinner and explained how to get to the various locations we were trying to find. Breakfast was ok and plenty of it. We’re used to having water, tea coffee facilities in the room. But you had to go to reception if you wanted a drink. If we go back to Modena would stay here without hesitation.
