We booked via *******, and when we arrived a kind lady in reception led us to our room, just imagine; we were tired of over 7 hours driving and got the room open and saw the room was not cleaned up after the previous guest!!!!!
My wife waited in the hall and I went down to reception and explained, she apologized for the polity and gave us another room on another floor ( kind of upgraded but was useless for us) anyway.
At the morning I asked the other lady at reception; please let the housekeepers change our sheet because it was hot last nightand I sweate, she said sure, no problem, I asked her again and said so they willdo it right? She said yes yes.
we came back the from a short trip around the city in the evening and saw the room was not clean , like nobody came to do housekeeping at all!!!!! Helllllooooo
So the kind lady was there again, so I called her, she came, sent a young girl and changed things while we were sitting on the couch and left.
She called and offered us an hour using Jakuzi as an apology, but that was not enough to stop me from the low-star review. Also, she said our manager will be back on Tuesday, Dec 5th and we will ask him to call you.
But he did not call me ye, until today Dec.12th!
