克郎普福克斯賓館(The Inn at Crumpin-Fox)

This hotel is in a lovely wooded location with the sound of birds all around. The rooms are well-worn but very clean. The amenities were limited to coffee/tea, a bowl of fruit, a dozen cereal boxes, and some milk. (the dunkin' over the bridge opens very early) Golfers seem to like this spot as it sits across from the Crumpin Fox Country Club. We use it visit family in Turners Falls - so will most likely be back again and again.

Bed and pillows were so hard I had trouble sleeping. Staff wasn’t especially helpful, said there was only one room available even though I had booked weeks in advance, I could cancel and try to find a room elsewhere, which was highly likely at 6pm on a Saturday night. Would never go back and never recommend.

Our airline cancelled our flight and was not able to reschedule us before the wedding we were attending. I called the hotel, they were such kind people, I would definately recommend working with this business.

We needed a place somewhat close to Shelburne Falls and this fit the bill. It was somewhat expensive for a really outdated hotel but it was clean and we didn't hear any noise from guests.

Nice, clean and well cared for hotel. Enjoyed our 1 night stay for a nearby wedding. Exactly as described.

Needs updating

The property was clean and close to the highway. There’s no walkable place to eat but their restaurant up the street at the golf course was great . The food was good and reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again.

For an Inn being over 50 years old … I felt it was kept up extremely well. Surprising, the rooms did not smell of mold or mildew which I was afraid it would have been. The room was extremely clean! The bathroom towels felt new. The tv didn’t have local volume so thankfully we have cable in which the volume worked. Also, I felt there should have been a microwave in the room to warm up my water for tea…I didn’t want to use the coffee maker for that. Other than that…I would recommend this Inn and I would stay again.
