Short (overnight) trip but sweet. The owner called to make sure I had the information I needed for late self check-in. Room was great, shower hot, wifi strong. Though it was a holiday morning, the cafe had hot coffee and delicious muffins. Couldn't have asked for more!

We absolutely loved this place. Great, super-friendly service. My only issue was the bed. It was very, very firm which made for less than optimal sleep. Having said that, I will still go back. Such a cute place!

Wow! What a gorgeous hotel! Love the historic pictures throughout. The decor is stunning. Loved it’s location in the farm community. We biked the rail trail in Northampton

Fantastic stay! The Hatfield Suite was beautiful, spacious, and super clean. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, met all of our needs. Highly recommend!

Adorable little inn. Rooms are nicely updated and well kept. The area is very picturesque. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and appreciated that the room had free Hulu.

Stumbled on this inn looking for something near Amherst. Had such a lovely experience. The room was immaculate with all updated amenities, lovely bathroom and large kitchen! They still have the old wood from the mill as the ceiling but everything else contemporary. They called ahead to see if I needed the couch turned down for our family before we checked in. Cute little cafe to grab breakfast in the morning. Will def come back.

Not exactly what I expected but turned out to be a gem. Well isolated but a couple of decent eateries within a short drive.
One of the room windows wouldn’t close so we had the sound of the adjacent waterfall as continuous background noise but I suppose there is worse.
Staff were very good.
