Everything was PERFECT. Check-in quick and friendly, The room was immaculate, with plenty of space, lots of lighting, workstation was spacious and comfortable, Bed and pillows super comfortable. Bathroom spotless, and the hot shower kept me in there for a long while! Decor very cool & contemporary. Breakfast was fine- the usual selections, clean and bright area. Wish I could stay longer !

Great stay! Very clean hotel, like new. Breakfast staff was great, they kept the area very well maintained. Rooms were clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable. The location was great, very close to everything in Amherst and Northampton.

It's a nice basic hotel. The rooms are fairly large and beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is nothing to write home about - very basic but it's fine. Everything is very clean, and the village of Amherst is a very short drive.

Paid over $700 for two nights (it's a 3-star hotel) during college parents weekend. Toilet didn't work, they made us go to the front desk to get a plunger, try to fix it ourselves then only refunded us $100.

I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of this Comfort Inn. The beds were soft, everything was clean and the people were nice. I would stay there again.

Check in was quick and efficient. Breakfast could have just served eggs instead of eggs with cheese or eggs with ham. Other than that this place was great.
