Check in was great. The young lady in the counter was very friendly and genuine. The room could use some upgrades and phone friendly charging ports.
Lamp shade in room was damaged but didn’t affect the comfort of our night sleep.
Check out was ok. Woman helping with check out was not friendly at all. Gave a vibe of not wanting to be there.

All of the staff did a wonderful job! The room was clean and updated. My only recommendation is that some of the greenery in the front if the building be trimmed. Doesn’t make the building appealing from the outside and the signage is hard to find the location. Maybe it’s not bright enough. But it was a fantastic stay!

Everything was good except the house keeping. Our room was cleaned just 2 times in our stay. The housekeeper manager argued with us about this. She did not give us a good service.

Hotel had graffiti in the parking lot, homeless directly outside, the elevator would constantly break and get stuck on floors, and the rooms smell strongly of cigarettes. Also took a look at some of their inspection certificates posted and they were expired.
I Nope’d out, packed my stuff and found a new hotel within an hour of arriving.

The hotel was clean and comfortable for the area we were staying. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was not good. Coffee was lukewarm for 7am when breakfast was open.

It was ok I guess. The person who was there at the desk did all the necessary paperwork and I did all the signatures and she took my ID and credit card which I didn’t like. Walked to the room while we waited in the lobby. The bed was so lumpy. The temperature was cold then hot all night. We’d cover when cold and uncover because we were sweating. The tub is small and the shower curtain barely covered.
