Edificio viejo remodelado, no salía agua caliente. Primero me dieron una habitación donde no servían las lamparas de las mesas de noche y agua fría. Me cambiaron de habitación, pero no se solucionó el tema del agua.

I only stayed here for one night, so I'm not sure if that's enough to give a proper review. Hotel 39 is beautiful, in a convenient location on the Hip ***** of Montego Bay, freshly renovated, and the rooms are spacious and modern. I find that the toilet area is very small, so if you're a bigger person, it would be difficult to sit on it, and there was a foul odour coming from the bathroom.

Overall the property is not bad. However checking in on Monday April 22th, I was told the room was is ready to check in. When I arrived upstairs to the room, it was dirty and not cleaned. So they put us in a different room. The property only serves breakfast, nothing else. Yesterday my room was skipped to be cleaned, so I had to go to the front desk to get it cleaned. Also I was in the room with my dude and one of the staff came into the room without knocking or introducing herself. You can still tell that the property is new & getting themselves together. The staff was very friend and very helpful. So not too bad of a stay.

This hotel is newly renovated, in a prime location and is clean. The staff are polite and friendly. The only issue is the hotel has water and sewer problems. I went for an entire day without taking a shower because there was no running water in the pipes. When your pay $203 per night, you should be able to take a shower. There is also a bad smell coming from the bathroom, which seems to be a sewer issue.

In general it is noticeable that the hotel has been remodeled. I had a good stay, however every day I stayed there they had problems with the water heater and I never had hot water. The rooms are comfortable and were cleaned every day, but the floors were always dirty, I ended up with my socks and feet black from how dirty the floors were.

Hotel39 is centrally located near beaches, restaurants, night life and very near to downtown. The stars of hotel 39 is the staff like maya in house keeping and Donavan from security etc🙏🙏🙏💯

The front desk supervisor Britney was amazing. The stay was good and the breakfast was tasty.

The neighborhood’s lively spirit, parties stretching until dawn, vendors lining the streets, and the delectable Pelican Grill next door offered an immersive cultural experience. The hotel’s aesthetics, even more impressive in person, showcased the owner’s impeccable taste and commi**ent to creating a captivating environment. Our premium room, with its breathtaking sunset views over the ocean, was a dream come true. However, what truly distinguished Hotel 39 Jamaica was its heart—the staff. Their genuine happiness to serve and relentless dedication to meeting our needs was unparalleled, transforming great service into an exceptional experience. The breakfast, the most delightful meal on the island, left us in disbelief that such culinary excellence was included in our stay. The embodiment of charisma and wisdom, the owner graced us with his presence, adding a personal touch that made our stay unforgettable. His story, one I wish I could share with the world, added depth to our appreciation of this hidden gem. I have a couple of wishes for future guests: more blankets for those cool Jamaican nights and a solution to the occasional pesky ants. Yet, these are but minor notes in the symphony of our stay. In summary, Hotel 39 Jamaica wasn't just a place to rest; it was an experience that enriched our souls and left us yearning to return. To those searching for an authentic Jamaican getaway with a touch of luxury and a lot of heart, look no further than Hotel 39 Jamaica.

We stayed here with our young family and it was a fantastic experience! The reception and restaurant staff is kind, hospitable and provide excellent service to all customers. The food- fish, fruits, coffee and juices- were so delicious and freshly cooked that it gave us a complete Jamaican cultural immersion! There is access to a local beach just a few feet away from the hotel. We will definitely return for a longer stay and a few more memories.
