An amazing place to stay. Attentive customer representatives, the place was immaculate, clean, and family friendly. The entertainment and entertainment host was top tier. I enjoyed how he got the crowd involved and let those be who didn’t want to participate in other activities. Actually, he was the highlight of my stay there. The food…ohhh the food. Great variety of Jamaican cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That Ackee tho… I could eat that every day… I definitely plan to come back and stay…

This place is old and needs a complete renovation. My room was changed to one worse than what I had. There was dirt on the floor as you entered the room and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the tub was disgusting.

Arrived at 3 but was told that the room wasn’t ready. Returned at 6:30. The room was still not ready. Very disappointed. It’s a nice place but if there’s no room for prepaid guests, there’s no point. Skip this one.

Staff was amazing. From the Bartenders the waiters,cooks, front desk all was amazing again. Food was delicious. Italian restaurant i would definitely recommend but be prepared to be there a while cause they take they time cooking which i loved. Room was cozy and AC worked wonders lol. Beach is right across the from the resort hotel but easy to get to and its closed off for only the resort people. Now if you leave off the resort be careful cause they will try to sell you any and everything lol. Supermarket right down the road along with restaurants and other gift shops. Friendly people and helpful even when they dont have to help. Get your tipping money ready cause you going to want to tip everyone while at the resort. Live music and performances at night as well as a small lounge for some after 10pm fun. Jacuzzi and pool was clean and they will let you know to was your @$$ before jumping in the pool. Quiet mixed with some fun was all i wanted and i will be back here in june its already booked lol

This place is nice. Close to the airport and has a lot of entertainment happening. It’s worth the stay. I gave below excellent rating mainly due to dirty floors in the rooms - but I noticed this is a trend there as I stayed in plenty of hotels while travelling around the island and they don’t mop floors. Also the mattress’s were damp. Staff are nice but some have an attitude which I find a common trait there as well. It’s like we inconvenience them when asking a question.

liked that it was close to the airport and easy access to the beach, we were there over the weekend so it was mostly jamaican food, the food was good, some was so so but some of it was excellent, heard some people complain about the food (one group talked about how it had bones in it, well that is how real Jamaican food is) the mini split in the room we were in did not work very well but overall it was a great stay and i would stay again.

Property was close to the beach but the beach area was very limited in space and sand. The staff was friendly and accommodating, regrettably they were underpaid. The beach towel policy was very inconvenient and time consuming. The Chatham Restaurant was disappointing because the food quality was below average. Tv reception was horrible.
