布蘭登山旅館(Brandon Hill Guest House)

The exterior property has great potential…interior needs major love. Unfortunately the bathroom was run down, showered with no hot water, ants in the room, everywhere, TV remote didn’t work and heard noises throughout the night.

This is the WORST so called guest house I have ever been to. Firstly, there is no security on the premises, place is very dark at nights, pool is very dirty and filthy looking. Reception area is a animal housing, staff members are not pleasant. My boyfriend was there before I reached and he had to change 2 rooms before I arrived. Upon my arrival, ac was a heater, lights coming through the window and door crevices, no proper running water in bathroom, towel smelled funky, bed is very low and small and pillows are like paper and the tv is not modernized (big back). No airfreshners was in place or being used the rooms smell very old and funky. I had to speak to the so called manager to get a third room after I insisted that we are not staying in the current room as we werent comfortable and no ac in this heat so finally we got changed to the 3rd room. We went on the road came back in the night only to see pure dogs and pitch black no lights. We were awaken my loud phone convos with indecent languages right at our windows and door. Things banging and slamming long before "cock tek off them draws". I would never put foot back here neither would I recommend as a 10 min f%$# stop. Worst place as the pics advertised is nothing compared to what u experience in person. Loud noises is apart of their amenities. Ridiculously very noisy, ancient place. Needs URGENT attention for the overall premises. They needs upgrading to be collecting so much funds.
