玫瑰廳別墅 - 半月別墅飯店(Rose Hall Villas by Half Moon)

We returned to Rose Hall Villas at Half Moon for a third time for a multi-generational family getaway. Once again, everyone had a wonderful time! We stayed in Pelican Villa #50. The staff, Karen (Cook), Cadila (Housekeeper) and Charles (Butler) were outstanding. They went above and beyond to make our third visit even better than our first two. Karen's cooking is amazing! Charles set up a wonderful table next to the ocean for us so we could have some special dinners on the lawn and enjoy the magnificent sunsets. This 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom ocean-front villa has a great layout. Kemar the pool guy is great and brought the kids lots of floats to play on. We loved having our own place to be together but still use all of the amenities of the hotel. The beaches are stunning and the pools are great. We had a really fun time at the beach BBQ. We were able to do some fun Scuba Diving with Douglas and Keno and had a great banana boat ride. We're always impressed with the great equestrian staff on the property. Trina takes such great care of the horses and we did a couple of rides on the beach. Big thanks to Javion who took my daughter out for a fun ride on her beloved Bonzi.

I booked a seven bedroom villa directly through reservations. I was told I could not see pictures of my villa before hand as they were occupied. I spoke to Audrey, Gwendolyn McLaughlin , Patrice, and Tobian all prior to arrival. I was coming with my four adult children and my four grandchildren, we needed cribs etc. the staff was very slow in answering my requests. Ultimately we arrived and the cribs were there. But the villa was sub par, as was the food being served by the cook. The bathrooms didn’t even have vanities but a curtain around a sink that had been dismantled. Seven bedrooms each were equally bad. You couldn’t turn the faucets on, there were no handles, they were *****ped and just kept turning, thisFebruary week cost a fortune. We arrived on a Saturday, finally after several emails to Audrey and Patrice I finally cc,d Shernette Crichton (general manager) I believe she offered me a percentage off which basically equaled the price of the tax. The entire week was a disappointment. The two couches in one sitting area were small and uncomfortable. Our golf carts broke down, they charged my 7 year old for golf he was merely on the course after 5 pm with his dad. The main pool was in disarray the tiles were coming off the walls and bottom, the kids cut their feet. I had to get a bandaid from one of the servers. My family and I usually go to the Tryall Club. The only reason we changed was to get more activities and more choices of restaurants. BIG mistake, this property doesn’t compare to class, and lovely accommodations of beautifully kept villas. We saw the villa in advance at Tryall we knew what we were getting. Not only would I never return to half moon, but I’ve told all my friends of the terrible experience. I will also post a review on trip advisor and google. I recently came back from casa de campo and the resort was lovely with a lovely staff and concierge team. It’s good to know there are places that actually want there clientele to be happy.

The service provided by the staff was second to none. Their names are as follows: Joy Plummer (Cook), Venris Clarke (Butler) and Sonia Donaldson (House Keeper).They all paid attention to detail in carrying out their duties including preparation of meals and ancillary services. They never ceased in ensuring our maximum comfort and went beyond the call of duty in surprising us with some coconut water one afternoon. An awesome relaxing experience made even better by the wonderful attentive care of the staff. Butler Venris Clark made sure we had everything we needed. Chef Joy Plummer kept amazing us with every meal and House Keeper Sonia Donaldson kept the villa neat and tidy. In addition the halfmoon resort facilities were easily accessible and in outstanding condition. Easy choice for a worry free vacation.

Our stay in Villa 91 was absolutely FANTASTIC; the staff, Suzan, Peter and Beanette, were wonderful. They treated us like family and took great care of us. Suzan’s cooking was beyond amazing; our tummies were QUITE SATISFIED on a daily basis. We looked forward to whatever she made for us. Peter was exceptional, answering ALL of our questions; he’s very knowledgeable. Beanette is a very sweet woman; she took great care of our rooms. The amenities of the resort were top notch. Our daily morning walks were breath taking as we enjoyed the views of the resort. My deep tissue massage with Carl was THE BEST!! With him being a personal trainer, he gave me some tips to put into practice. He did an excellent job. I highly recommend him. We'll DEFINITELY be back.

We went for a family vacation and rented a villa. It was fantastic the resort and property are beautiful . Our staff was unbelievably attentive especially considering we had small children in our group. Tanisha was our chef and her creations were delicious and she even had to be aware of food allergies and navigated that beautifully. Shevore our butler and Angela our housekeeper made our experience one of a kind and so so smooth. We were very sad to leave. Highly recommended for a relaxing family vacation.

My friends and I rented a 6-bedroom villa in June and the entire stay was amazing. From the private pool to the pristine beaches… From homestyle breakfasts on the veranda to elegant dinners out on the resort property, we enjoyed every single minute of our time at Half Moon Bay. The accommodations were great! There were plenty of spaces for individual quiet time when we wanted it… and a large common area space that fit us all. And we won’t stop raving about the incredible villa staff! Gary, our butler, went above and beyond to answer our questions, assist with reservations, run errands and keep things running smoothly for every guest. Our cook, Nurshett, prepared our favorite American dishes and then delighted us with some incredible Jamaican specialties as well. And our housekeeper, Angela, not only kept the house looking neat, she kept us looking neat, too. Oh, and the “swans” she fashioned out of towels were a nice surprise. Kemar, the pool attendant, rotated through to keep our pool in “dip”-top shape. Together, they were an efficient team that anticipated every need and accommodated every request we had to help make this the BEST “Jamaication” we’ve ever had. We will be back!

Just came back from a 4 night stay in one of the Rose Hall Villas with 5 couples. This is one of the nicest, most beautiful resorts around. Amazing beach front, well spaced out with amazing resort pools, fitness areas, etc. Staying in a waterfront villa was special but it was truly that way thanks to Shovar & Chef Joy. They were absolutely AMAZING and made the trip as wonderful as it was. Their friendliness, warmth and attention to detail was as if they knew us for years. Shavor took amazing care of the villa, and went above and beyond helping us plan some special events, and every meal Joy put together was better then the next. Could not recommend this resort enough, and hope you are lucky to have Shavor & Joy with you during your stay. Not to be left out is Linval the "pool man". No better way to start a morning then to be greeted with his smile and energy in making your stay special.

Located on the Half Moon Resort, the Rose Hall villas are detached houses with their own pools and their own staff, you have your own butler, cleaner and cook/chef. Who look after your every need. You can basically have whatever you want for breakfast lunch and dinner. Of course you can still use all the restaurants and bars on the resort. Our villa came with 2 golf cars for getting around and our Butler Delton (top man) got us a selections of bikes for if the mood took us. Cadella our house keeper was excellent and Patricia our cook was extremely accommodating of our gentle tastes. These are really just very nice people who are warm and welcoming, all having worked at Half Moon for a really long time. Our pool guy Linden was literally one of nicest people I've ever met, I spent a good few occasions chatting with him about everything from football to macro economics and geo political issues. He would come round with various inflatable toys for my youngest to play in the pool with, absolute credit to the Half Moon set up. This is a high end place, about as far from all-inclusive as you can get, the former Queen had stayed here a few times, Harry and Meghan stay here, JFK stayed here, the list of clients is a who's who of the rich and famous. So it is equally quite expensive, but none the less good value in its own way, with the service you receive and the selectness of the venue and discretion of the other guests. I can't fault the place, we really enjoyed every part of our stay, from playing tennis, to sitting on the beach, to using the swim up bar. Everyone I encountered on the site was so willing to help or offer advice.
