Camera bellissima tutto pulito e attenzione ai minimi dettagli, mini bar gratuito non succede quasi mai , in bagno tutto l’occorrente addirittura rasoio e schiuma da barba , in tv Netflix , camera luminosa letto comodo due cuscini a testa in memory , colazione compresa semplice ma Buona , il Proprietario disponibile ha risposto anche a tarda sera , davvero un ottima scelta

Abbiamo alloggiato una sola notte in occasione di un evento sportivo. Ambiente recentemente ristrutturato, minimal, moderno, curato e mooooolto pulito. Colazione a buffet con il giusto quantitativo di prodotti di alta qualità. Proprietario disponibile e professionale.

Ottima struttura con possibilità di parcheggio, mi è piaciuta moltissimo. Letto confortevole e bella tv. Alessio, il proprietario, ti accoglie al meglio per farti stare bene. Nella zona sono presenti numerosi locali per pranzare e cenare. Consigliatissimo!!

Tutto perfetto! Camera ampia, pulita e ordinata (compresa di minibar gratuito!!!) Colazione ottima con scelte che vanno dal dolce al salato. Alessio, titolare della struttura, è stato super in tutto, dall'accoglienza ai consigli su come muoverci. Grazie mille ancora per tutto!!

Prenotando una camera lastminute a Montesilvano per lavoro, sono capitata per caso in questo b&b. Ormai sono cliente da quando hanno aperto e una volta al mese sono da loro. Io che viaggio per lavoro ho apprezzo tantissimo la pulizia perfetta, l’eccellente colazione e il confort nelle camere. Surplus per frigobar gratuito e gentilezza del titolare. Una bella realtà!

Ho scoperto la struttura tramite social, abbiamo passato un piacevole weekend in un ambiente pulito e di nuova realizzazione. Colazione abbondante e di qualità, camera attrezzata con televisore molto grande e letto matrimoniale molto comodo. Complimenti anche per l’accoglienza

The accommodation was very clean and the service was excellent. Through the communication via WhatsApp we could quickly and easily ask for help with problems.
Due to the proximity to the beach but also to the train station everything worth seeing could be reached quickly.

We’ve been traveling all around Italy and this has been by far the best B&B we have stayed at. The host/ owner was very welcoming and one could tell he pours his heart into the B&B. The rooms were all new, beautiful and very clean. Definitely recommend staying here!

This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed at with so many extras! The bed was so comfortable and the room spotless and aesthetically pleasing! Very modern and easy to rest there. The owner was so hospitable and provided a yummy breakfast and cappuccinos! There is parking for a small fee if you ask. There are stairs to the rooms. He provides free Netflix also for the tv watchers.
