I made my reservation with ******* and it was unnecessarily complicated checking in at the hotel. They couldn’t find my booking, they were charging additional amounts and it took over 1 1/2 hours to check in and the hotel kept blaming ******* for the troubles

We stayed in the cottages. Check in was after 7pm. ODD! Linens need to be updated. Second night of stay, had to call maintenance as we didnt have hot water. Maintenance stated they replaced a part water should work fine. Still didn't have hot water for the remainder of the three night stay.

Double-check your folio: we were charged for another night and had to get it refunded. On top of the daily resort fee of $27, they add on a $25 daily "package fee:" so be prepared to add at least $50 a night to your nightly price. Food was mediocre: oversalted, not warm. Wouldn't stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights at the cottages at Jay Peak resort. Convenient location, with shuttle service to the lifts and restaurants. The cottage was quiet and comfortable with a full kitchenette. We weren't prepared for lack of soap or coffee in the cottage, we were able to buy what we needed at a nearby grocery.

The kitchen was very disappointing. No pots for cooking. Nothing other than salt in the cabinets. If you are planning on cooking, bring everything you'll need. On a positive note, there was a small coffee maker. Enough for 1 & 1/2 cups of coffee. The blanket on the sofa bed was covered in hair. Unfortunately, not what we were expecting.

I had a very good experience at the Stateside Hotel. The biggest plus was having two ski lifts (Bonnie & Taxi) out back. The room (single king bed + mini pull out couch/bed) was clean and comfortable, perfect for 2 people, but for 4 people it would be very cramped for space (imo). The on-site ski lockers were big. The hotel had a breakfast buffet that was included. The breakfast food didn't have a huge variety (eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon), but it was good. I also utilized the mini fridge in the room for snacks. Overall, I liked the place.

There is no restaurant open after 9:00 pm and I didn't know about it, I spent the whole night without eating anything, the hotel has a CLOSED restaurant, in the room there is no water for people, it is disappointing.

Staff were not knowledgeable about the slopes. Restaurants servers were not friendly and food was not good. ******* sold me the property without advising of a resort fee and showed pictures of a pool and slides only to find out they were not included in my room and I would have to pay extra. Would have been nice if this was disclosed when I booked.
