If you're just looking for a decent place to sleep, the room was clean and comfortable. Negatives: The pool was not open. The beverage vending machine was not working. The breakfast was disappointing (selection: corn flakes, very HARD boiled eggs, toast and apples). Breakfast tables and floors were not cleaned up. Desk clerks spoke very little to no English. Even with a prepaid room, it took 20 minutes to process check-in. The key machine was not working.

We arrived at the property and there was no one at the desk. The place was horrible looking and dirty. It took 20 mins for the person manning the desk to come back and check us in. I decided to leave and find a different hotel. I didnt feel comfortable spending the night in such dirty conditions.

Pool not available. Front desk person could not be understood. Room was not very clean. Toilet had pink ring on the water line. Not clean looking. Dead bolt would not work. Exit door on south side of building did not lock for security.

Claimed to have no staff so pool and breakfast not availabe; however, staff members all around. What a joke! We paid extra to stay at a hotel in Monticello with pool and breakfast and got neither due to laziness on the part of management. Do not stay at the rodeway inn in Monticello! It is not worth the money. Oh and no maid service either!

We paid more money for the hotel due to the advertised amenities. Upon check-in we were told that thepool was closed, bo breakfast would be served and we could not park our trailer on the property, nor could we park out back. Staff were rude and lazy. To busy playing vidie I games!

Pool was closed; broken down. Hottub broken. Soda machine broken. Clock broken. Front dest man rude.

The building was very old, you could hear the water pipes very loud from the next room, the air conditioner was very loud and hummed/rattled, all amenities were basically closed, no pool, no coffee, no breakfast. Asked for two blankets and my request was denied. Housekeeping staff was very nice and check in/out was quick and easy.

The pool has benn undergoing “maintenance “ for years now and plenty of hotels have brought back breakfast…stop using covid as an excuse!
