聖馬丁別墅飯店(Le St-Martin Hotel Centre-Ville – Hotel Particulier)

The location was perfect, it only takes about five minutes walk to the McGill uni and subway stations. The street was clean and safe to take a night walk. Besides, they provided hot breakfast such as warm sausages, scrambled egg, hard boiled eggs, various kinds of bread, coffee, cereal, apple and orange juices. I totally recommend this hotel.

Overall not bad

This hotel was booked for the property amenities which were indicated on their website. Checked in on Thursday, October 12 to Sunday, October 15. However there was no Fioella restaurant, the pool and gym were closed (overheard other guest complaining as well) and on the Friday, October 13 the 2nd elevator was out of service. I understand things can happen but really… it was apparent the restaurant had closed months prior. The pool and gym apparently had broken heater from 2 days before? Get service repair in immediately, same with elevator. 16 floors of guests with 1small elevator is chaos especially during checkout. The hotel website should be updated with notices every few days, indicating the closures. Continental breakfast on Friday morning was excellent, with fantastic, helpful service, delicious croissants and nice food. Saturday and Sunday very different, different staff, croissants were ok at best and service was mediocre at best, no clearing of dishes on tables

Ottimo hotel. Avevo letto commenti contrastanti e per un po' dopo la prenotazione ero indeciso se confermarla o meno. Fortunatamente ho deciso di soggiornare al S. Martin è ho fatto bene. Camera molto spaziosa e pulita, due bottiglie di acqua all'arrivo (gratis) e firgobar fornito (a pagamento). La colazione è più che soddisfacente: buffett con cornetti, waffle, diversi tipi di pane e marmellate. Alcuni formaggi, patè e frutta fresca. Succhi e bevande calde, uova e salsicce. Non capisco come possa essere stata criticata da altri ospiti. Si la sala forse non è enorme e può capitare di dover aspettare un paio di minuti. Ma non dovrebbe essere un grosso problema in vacanza e soprattutto permette di non avere troppe persone intorno. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato ottimo considerando anche la buona posizione nel quartiere commerciale. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Hôtel très bien situé proche, à pieds, des principales activités de Montréal. Chambre très belle et confortable. En revanche, le petit dejeuner est indigne d'un tel établissement classé 4 étoiles. Pas de choix, buffet minimaliste, scandaleux !

J’ai adoré l’hôtel et mon séjour. Nous avons apprécié le service à la réception, le confort de la chambre et l’emplacement.
