蒙特利爾華威水晶飯店(Warwick Le Crystal Montreal)

I had never stayed at a Warwick before, but after this stay I will look for Warwick hotels when I travel. The hotel and restaurant were amazing. The staff was unbelievably friendly and professional (except for one). The room was incredibly clean (I know because I wipe down rooms when I arrive). The only down side was the junior suite I stayed in (which wasn't cheap) was facing an alley. I didn't mind that the view wasn't great (I wasn't in Montreal to enjoy a hotel view). What bothered me is that at 5am every morning (for 3 mornings) a dump truck was below my 6th floor window beeping and slamming dumpsters. On the 3rd day it came by at 5am, 530am and 6am!! By that 3rd day I finally had enough and mentioned it at the front desk. The hotel offered for me to move my room. I told them, with one night left on my stay I wasn't going to move rooms. Then they offered me ear plugs which was basically a cruel joke. When I asked for a monetary discount on the 4th night I could hear the girls out back laughing at my request. I understand the hotel doesn't control city dumpster schedules (so I see the humor in my request), but rather than laugh at my request or offer my ear plugs (now that was a joke) a simple monetary compensation would have been the proper thing to do. But I received nothing and again on the 4th morning at 5am there was a dumpster outside. So here's a lesson learned for all: If you see dumpsters below your room ask for another one before you get too comfortable.

The first evening of my stay I kept smelling a strong smell of what turned out Cigar tobacco which had been left by a previous tenant, I did call the front desk and told them to make sure the room was cleaned properly the next day.The next day there was I unfolded the bath mat going into the shower and there was toenail clippings inside the folds of the mat. On Thursday evening I opened the kitchen cupboard to throw pizza boxes out and found there was more cigar tobacco in that garbage bin, I called the front desk and asked if a manager was available, she was and I asked her to come up to the room, I explained to her what had happened the previous two days then showed her the bin under the sink.

I stayed 3 nights and 4 days. I was so happy to stay in this hotel until I was charged extra after the trip. I would like to ask whoever stayed and paid the swimming pool daily 20 dollars with tax 3 total us dollar 23 daily. Of course, I was not informed I would be charged the pool facility fee even if I didn't go as I checked in but also as I checked out. Well... if front desk let me know there would be extra for the facility fee daily, I wouldn't happy and call ******* to cancel my stay because it totally changed my trip budget. The hotel is located prime area, you can choose the hotel parking which is vallet and payable but also there are plenty of parking options within a block that I used U.S 66 dollars for 3 days over night (in and out freely). Designer's department store is right next block and I was super surprised the store has many selection of Chanel products in black and Caviar. A lot of food selections are walking distance. Northam church is 20 min walking distance. Location is one of the best. Cleanness was ok. But when I called the front desk for extra blanket it never came to me until next day. So I called the Maid service lady who was in the hallway and ask for extra blanket but none of the ladies speak English so I had to bring them and showed what I needed. It was ok. The room snack bar is with price list! Please aware of it include all the drinks in the freezer. Coffee was not charged but no refill for the stay.

Hotel was nice but when got there we realized that the pull out couch that our kids were supposed to sleep had the same linens from the previous guest and had garbage rapers in it. We asked the front desk to change when we went out for the day and when we got back at night it was not done. Pool was closed when we got there as well and that was one of the reasons we booked the hotel.

The staff is extremely friendly, the hotel looks good, the room was big and the location was great. Now the down side of the place. I stayed for 3 nights, going to Montreal on business, I need internet, the internet speed was the worst I've seen in years, couldn't do basic stuff like a Teams meeting. One day my room was done, but only half of it, didn't finish cleaning the room or change the towels. Last but least on my last day there, there was no hot water at all, I had to take a very cold shower. I'm currently looking for a permanent hotel in Montreal for my frequent visit, it will not be this one. I go to Montreal a few times a month for a day or two or three. That was a very big missed opportunity for this hotel. I will never stay there again.

침대사이즈가 크고 깨끗해서 좋았어요. 욕실도 아주 깔끔하네요. 객실내 전자렘지 및 커피포트가 있어 컵라면과 컵밥을 먹을 수 있어서 넘 좋았어요. 근처에 한식당도 있고 아주 좋았습니다. 직원들도 친절합니다. 빠른 시일내 보증금을 반납 부탁드립니다
