Great experience for me. Room and hotel in general were very clean and nice! The personal was very responsive and helpful!

What can I say it was like staying in the hotel from the Shinning, only thing missing was the kid on the tricycle. The second floor roof was caving in they had laundry tubs up and down the halls, the windows in our room was moldy. We had to ask for a new room as the first room hadn't been cleaned and I think we were the only people that night in the hotel. We were so discussed that we were trying to decide whether to stay or just head to the Airport and sleep there. I would NEVER recommend this hotel, the only recommendation I would make is to CONDEM it.. I book thru airmiles and contacted them to get my airmiles back but they told me the hotel denied my refund. Where is the pride of ownership to whom ever owns this pile of crap.

I’m not picky and have never written a review of a hotel/motel as a result. But good lord avoid this place. It’s an absolute dive. Roof was leaking in several places and had big garbage bins in the hallways catching the water. Room was smelly and gross. We needed it because of a 7 hour layover. Given the same situation If this place was offered for free I still wouldn’t stay there. I’d sleep in a chair at the airport.

Consider thefree shuttle is not there even if the site says it is. So if you are going to and back from airport, calculate at least 36$ taxi ( watch out and refuse taxi fixed price of 25$ Per ride because apparently hotels give a voucher when shuttle not available

My flight was cancelled and this was a last minute booking through the Wyndham app, where I am a platinum member. Since I booked through the app it didn’t show any reviews and I wish it had have shown me reviews or else I wouldn’t have stayed there.

This is the worst experience of my hotel ..To avoid covid I booked and paid online a room for one night. The stupid aggresive violent man behind the desk.I will assume he is the reception manager at 1:00 am.. did not see my PAID BOOKING.. and did not whant to attend me... police came and had to escort me out... The only way to justify this action was to tell me i was drinking and not being reasonable..I DO NOT DRINK--- shame on your hotel and shame on the montreal police dept----whata hum iliation... JONATHAN MAS IS MY NAME. I challenge the staff to contact me or at lease return my money

Had to wait 25 minutes for the shuttle. I have over 3 hours of driving, not fun. Rooms are ok but not that fancy. Service is ok as well. Good location near airport. I would not go back for the 25 minutes lost of my precious time.

The rooms are dated dirty and even the light bulbs are missing, smelly, only one guy in reception,the hotel was empty, they advertise airport transport but they don’t have it, water damage in the walls.

I've parked here on several occasions but since the pandemic this sketchy hotel parking option has gone further downhill. The hotel requires you rent a mandatory anti-theft boot for your front tire ($14 Cdn) and they have no shuttle service. They claim they provide alternate transportation to and from Trudeau Airport but the staff are not helpful in their disclosure or expedience regarding this service. On my return trip I paid for a taxi which the hotel wouldn't cover because I didn't call ahead to them to book one for me. They never told me I had to do that when I took the reservation! Also, my last time there the front desk worker tried to charge me for my parking even though I had prepaid it weeks earlier through airportparkingreservations.com. They're a bushleague hotel, staff and operation. I'd imagine this dingy, rundown hole is just as bad a hotel as it is a subcontractor for off-site airport parking.
