Sonder梅松納沛(Sonder Maisonneuve)

Nous avons adorés notre séjour ! Le studio contenait tout ce qu’il nous fallait avec une très grande terrasse. Nous avons eu un lave-vaisselle qui n’était pas fonctionnel après avoir informé le staff, le lendemain un mécanicien nous a réparé le problème. Un grand merci pour votre réactivité, je recommande.

Place is relatively new and well equipped. Overall I was happy with my stay. It is very central and close to the metro. As others have indicated there are a lot of scratches on the walls/other wear and tear that has not been addressed and made my room look a little run down. They were painting some sections of the building during my stay (mostly the hallways) so maybe this is being fixed. On some doors there were also dirty hand prints/smudges indicating they aren't cleaned properly or regularly. It's pretty obvious and would be an easy thing to fix to greatly improve the look and cleanliness of the place. I wasn't bothered by the noise but they had earplugs and a sound machine to help.

We really enjoyed ourselves and are looking at Sonder in New Orleans for next April , the only observation I could make was the puff was stained and probably could be turned around so the stain would be at your feet and wouldn’t notice , I thought for a moment that you would think ‘I ‘ stained it Jan

Great location, a lot of restaurants and fun stuff around. It’s busy area but it was very quiet even in Friday and Saturday night. If you use a chat to request anything, they are quick to respond. They have really nice view of city especially night view if you stay high level floors. There were few spots that need to be repainted on the wall but overall, it was amazing. Lockers limited but free.

This property is awesome. We are definitely coming back next year. Could not have been better, seriously. So impressed with the location, apartment layout, the building was quiet, the staff was nice. Great value, super clean, we're probably going to book 2x as long next year. Thanks so much!!

Room looked like we expected, however, the walls, doors & baseboards were quite beat up and scuffed. Door handle on the inside of the door and the metal plate surrounding it was full of finger prints and felt pretty grimy, would have appreciated it having been wiped down as part of room prep. Due to only 4 rooms on our floor when no one was around it was quiet, but when someone was in the hall we could clearly hear them. The bed was comfortable, maybe an extra blanket would be good. We would have appreciated a broom or swiffer to maintain the floors while we were there. Not enough of a reason to ask for a full clean, but enough to be bothersome. Shower was nice from a design/esthetic purpose, but shower had poor pressure and we could not get it to get very hot. Overall, I would probably lean toward trying another hotel first if back, but if the price was right I would stay here again.

Perfect location with beautiful floor to ceiling window and balcony views. Apt had essentials (can restock), comfy bed, smart tv with airplay, hot shower (water sprays out so use floor towel), W/D with pods, good wifi). Safe neighborhood, guarded building (gym and dry sauna too). We’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Tip- 747 bus from YUL runs 24/7 every 20min YUL to/from downtown for $11 (buy tix at YUL luggage claim, metro stations, or 747 stops with credit card; coins only on bus). Free wifi in Montreal at airport YULwifi, government MTLWifi, universities, stores, restaurants, etc.

Although everything went smoothly, I don't think a contactless process is something to strive for... exclusive reliance on technology makes it difficult for some people to book and stay. The presence of a human downstairs is necessary and commendable. More attention is required to wipe out finger and other marks off doors and walls.
