Stay was fine. Hotel didn’t offer any snacks or drinks for purchase. Upon arriving the only thing we wanted after a long day was a hot shower and there was NO hot water. Room was super small. Sort of hard to walk around. Mattresses were a bit stained yellow. But it was a room and a bed! So I guess it did its job.

The motel was okay, but not clean enough and we have been expecting a better room (it didn’t have a curtain, just a blackout). If you get a room on the ground floor to the parking spaces, everyone can look into your room. If you want to have your privacy, you have to use the blackout and you have the whole day a dark room. We wouldn’t recommend it and wouldn’t book it again.

This was an awful stay, but no one else has vacancy so we were stuck. We got in late night, 11pm, and the carpet was wet with a highly odiferous cleaner that made me feel so sick I had to open the window and put there air conditioning on full blast. I also found 3 little beetle type bugs. My comforter was stained and had a cigarette burn hole in it. One of my pillow cases had black on it (like old mascara marks), the towels were worn out with holes 2 out of 3 bath towels. The breakfast was nothing but a carb fest. The only positive was the bathroom was clean. I’ll never stay here again!

$190 for one night?!? That’s ridiculous! Our room was right across from the ice machine which was used or filling ALL NIGHT. We were awakened all night. Plus, one teeny soap bar and teeny lotion etc. For $190! I will tell everyone to check and double check ******* from now on.

The room was tidy, and the Bed was very comfortable. My only ding on the property is that it needs a few updates - The bathroom tub has a strange faucet that makes it hard to control the temp, and the walls need either touchups to the paint, or, better yet, repainted.

Check in was a nightmare. Even though the machine said “approved” each time, they ran my credit three times. They reversed two after I showed them that all three went through. Walked out this morning with a receipt that said balance due! My husband walked back in and requested a memo saying that everything was paid. Room was clean and quiet, but everything was damp.

Beds were comfortable. Pillows were a little small. Air conditioning worked well. Carpet was stained and could use some cleaning/replacing. There is not an elevator so luggage must be carried upstairs. Receptionist did offer to help. Good location to visit Black Canyon.

Comfortable motel for an overnight stop. Upstairs room with trees outside was pleasant and private. On busy six lane highway but traffic noise OK.
