蒙扎飯店

與其他酒店相比，這家酒店非常便宜（即使含早餐）。唯一愚蠢的事情是晚上 10 點或 11 點之後「自助入住」。我在trip.com上預訂了房間，但仍然沒有收到合適的預訂代碼（民宿酒店）。這就是為什麼我被迫在網上辦理入住手續的幫助下辦理入住手續職員。半夜的時候確實很累，但是很有效。房間比較大而且乾淨。你真的不能在這裡抱怨。早餐對於七歐元半來說已經很不錯了，整體來說還是很滿意的。我會隨時再次預訂。品質和性價比絕對讓您滿意。甚至還有免費的地下停車場。

酒店性價比比較高，不是享受酒店型旅客可以選擇。 房間有老房子的味道，不是臭味。對味道不敏感的旅客可以忽略。 酒店本身地理位置還好，沒有很近的商業區，好在城市很小，很容易到達商業區。另外，打車或開車找酒店的時候慢一點開，不是特別明顯能找到。

Don’t support this hotel, or trust them. Booked for the F1 weekend through *********** at euro 600/night. Very high for a 3 star hotel but it’s the F1, charge what they want. The F1 was moved 1 week early, we did not cancel however still charged the F1 rate. The room rate for that weekend was between Eros 150 and 180 per night, the hotel told us. Just disgraceful, pure robbery. When we initially challenged this, the money was taken from our account, 11 months in advance. We questioned *********** who agreed with us. They spoke to the hotel who refused a refund. As stated, robbery, deceitful and atrocious behavior. I challenge them to deny it. Don’t stay there, a 3 star at best, dishonest and not trustworthy.

Idéal pour participer à un événement dans le parc de Monza, à 20/30 mn à pied. L'accueil est vraiment sympathique et bienveillant. Arrivé tard un soir de tempête extrême, la cuisine ne fonctionnait pas, le personnel m'a commandé une pizza pour me dépanner et m'a laissé la déguster dans la salle de restaurant. Pour le départ, la réservation d'un taxi pour rejoindre la gare centrale de Milan s'est réalisée sans problème, au bon tarif et dans un délai plus que correct (15 mn chrono en main à 6h du matin il est vrai !). Personnel vraiment tip top et à l'écoute, merci. Chambre confortable et hôtel bien insonorisé. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux mais pas gargantuesque, donc raisonnable, il y avait ce qu'il faut pour bien commencer la journée. Par contre, difficile de se rendre à Monza de la gare de Milan, mais l'hôtelier n'y est pour rien bien sûr. Pour ma part et sur les conseils d'une employée de Trenord de la gare centrale de Milan, j'ai dû prendre le métro jusqu'au terminus de la ligne M1, puis un bus, puis finir les 3 km de la gare de Monza à l'hôtel à pied. Soirée exceptionnelle également, il y avait beaucoup d'orages et de dégâts dans la ville. Malgré tout, il y a visiblement peu de taxi à Monza, donc trajet à étudier de près avant de se rendre à l'hôtel, si l'on n'est pas motorisé.

Perfect location in the city centre, with lots of restaurants near by. Although the location is near coffee shops and restaurants it's not noisy so much. Very clean and tidy. Our host was very polite and helpful and generally all the people there did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I would like a shower gel instead of a regular soap although but it's a minor detail. Positive experience overall and I would book again if I visited Monza.

飯店不像圖片是紫色的，是灰色外觀，離火車站地鐵站近，但附近有點荒涼，飯店的花園跟走廊裝飾漂亮，一樓跟地下一樓放很多裝飾跟畫作，房間也很美很大

我們已經把我的同伴留在這的房間裏,兩夜排隊,就像我在標題上說的。租房位於莫桑斯站150米,因此,一個非常戰略的景點,可以平靜地訪問米蘭,而沒有米蘭的貴停車場和交通。裏面的環境在美麗的宮裏非常清,非常現代化,所以,如果有人想跳到米蘭或去看莫桑那,肯定會回來。

This was a treat for myself, husband and mother a revisit after 20 years however it was an underwhelming stay unfortunately. The room we had a deluxe double was blah, no usable mirror in bedroom which was a pain, not sure about why that would be in a 4 star hotel. There is no tea or coffee in the room and I did message the hotel in Italian to double check on this and was told I could buy a coffee, however the room next to us had a tray with a kettle and tea for the room so this obviously was an option for some guests! Service at breakfast which costs 35 Euros was poor, children running around unattended, people smoking and the first day no indoor table for us, totally obnoxious with wasps, flies and smokers. The food provided was barely acceptable by today’s standards and the hot breakfast was cold every day. Really not good enough again for a luxury hotel. One evening we decided to have a nightcap this was an exercise in frustration, no service my husband had to go and ask for a menu then no one came to take an order so he had to go inside again to find a waiter. Everyone around us had nibbles with their drinks but yet again not served for us, our Italian friends could not believe our issues with this hotel as it is well known for hosting the formula one. The hotel actually lost out on business as we were planning on eating at the hotel for dinners but changed our plans and took our money into town where it would be appreciated instead. Maybe it’s foreigners they don’t like but my husband speaks perfect Italian so we have never experienced this in the past. I would not stay here again myself and would not recommend it which is a shame as 20 years ago this was a beautiful experience for all of us and my children.

The hotel staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. They did omit to notify us about the early breakfast they offer upon check-in, so make sure you ask about this if you have an early flight. They do also let you take drinks from the bar up to your room. Location and Travel Be aware of how far away the hotel is from Milan. From Duomo, you'll need to get on the red line (M1) towards RHO and get off at Lampugnano. The last bus from Lampugnano leaves at 20:00 back to Lainate. You will then need to get the 617 bus which drops you off outside Lidl and Maccies near the hotel. This is obviously not ideal if you want to spend the evening in Milan. We arrived during a national taxi strike which made the trip much more stressful. While this is not the hotel's fault, a heads up from the hotel would have been nice about traveling to and from Milan central. We were stranded in Milan on the first day, we called the hotel and they told us to try and get an Uber. The uber was 144 euros which we reluctantly paid. The car never showed up so we called back the hotel and they stopped answering our phone calls. Once we finally arrived at the hotel, feeling confident we knew the route to and from the hotel, we double-checked with the hotel, and unfortunately, we were not made aware of when the last bus is. On our second day, we were stranded in Milan again. Luckily we met two other people at the last subway station who had also done the Wowcher holiday and they managed to get in touch with the hotel to arrange a private taxi back to the hotel. As there was a strike going on at the time, the fare was 55 euros from Rho subway station to the hotel, which is roughly a 10/15 minute drive. Again this is not the hotel's fault but it is something to be aware of. Another thing to be aware of when using the subway is that the tickets are only valid for 90 minutes, and there are plain-clothed officers waiting in the subway stations to catch people out. So make sure you always have a ticket with enough time left on it to get all the way back to the hotel. Breakfast We were allocated this Hotel from Wowcher, and we were told to pay £40 for the bed and breakfast, which was fine until we realised we couldn't get breakfast on the 2nd day as we had to leave the hotel at 4 am. Essentially meaning we paid £40 for one breakfast between the two of us. We have had no joy in getting a refund for the second day's breakfast from the hotel which is the primary reason for leaving a review. The hotel in my opinion is perfect for people who do not want to spend evenings in Milan or who have a car. If neither of these applies to you, I would highly recommend looking for a hotel closer to the center of Milan.
