西印第安納波利斯溫德姆飯店(Wyndham Indianapolis West)

We were very disappointed in Wyndham. I paid high value money for a low class hotel. First there was hair in the shower when we hot there. The fan didn't work in the bathroom and was gross like it hadn't been cleaned in 30 years. Everything felt like we didn't want to touch anything. They say they're being eco friendly by not giving clean towels or bedsheets every day. I had to ask for towels then ended up having to get them myself. They didn't even come in our room but to throw a bag of coffee, shampoo, and conditioner on the table. They didn't take the dirty towels or trash. They didn't make the bed or clean anything. The bed was comfortable and the pool was nice. Overall...I'll never stay there again nor tell anyone to go there.

I was unable to get a good night's sleep due to a fire alarm going off twice. The guests were allowed to have parties in their rooms. I had a horrible experience and performed poorly during my business meetings. All of my co-workers, vendors and customers kept asking me if I were sick due to a lack of sleep.

First of all didn't know the pool was unavailable especially during the Holiday weekend. Secondly, the handle in the shower fell off. Thirdly, no hot water at the sink. Fourthly, no Menu or Guide available on the TV. Also there was a major Wedding Event that parking was horrible. The Wedding guests were very nice!

電梯壞了。我丈夫的膝蓋受傷了。當我們抱怨時，他們給了我們一張早餐券。當我們去使用它時，工作人員沒有出現，餐廳也關門了。另外，我不能確定枕套是否已更換。我們最終沒有枕頭睡覺，因為它們聞起來很難聞

I decided to stay at this hotel for the convenience of a in hotel restaurant. The same was okay . Around 12:15AM , yes AM contractors decided to start remodeling a room . The noise was unbearable, called twice the front desk asking to please stop. All pause and restarted a few hits later in the morning . I can’t find an explanation for this to happened . Not even an apology from management . So here is my review , keep the money for the night that I didn’t enjoy …

For transparency sake, this was during the "Squared Circle Expo" convention. I had purchased a room in the executive tower. I received a room with two twin beds that was quite narrow. None of the elevators seemed to work properly and I was forced to wait extended periods. There were also times there was broken glass in the elevators. Positives however include the staff overall. The check-in clerks, the cleaning service and Reagan in the Starbucks like place were all Five stars. The restaurant had a descent breakfast. However I would not recommend this hotel for the overall value. The positives do not outweigh the negatives which in my opinion is the size of the room.

我住的是酒店裡還沒有裝修的地方。停車場裡堆放著舊床墊。印地南側並不是最好的。這家酒店位於南印地和機場之間，沒有任何有用的東西。沒有太多餐廳、購物中心、加油站等。

A/C didn’t work in conference rooms, made it impossible to stay in them, elevators weren’t working at checkin. Restaurant closed early one night. Had a power outage in one of the conference rooms and we lost our match because it shut off the dart boards.

我去過溫德姆酒店很多次了。這次夏季飛鏢對決期間，他們的主房間沒有空調。天氣非常熱，不舒服，而且很痛苦。
