印第安納波利斯機場凱悅嘉軒飯店(Hyatt Place Indianapolis Airport)

The hotel is clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very outdated and it’s like taking a trip back to the 90’s. For the price, it should be more modern / comfortable. But the location was exactly where I needed to be and it was safe. Not my favorite stay, but I wouldn’t eliminate it from my return to list.

Found out that the hotel only has outdoor pool but it just mention "pool" on the listing, this is Indiana and most of hotels offer indoor pool, my kids were disappointed at us coz they like the pool and this was the whole reason I booked hotel for my 10 yo birthday boy.

Don’t let the photos fool you. Except for the lobby and breakfast area, this property has not been refreshed in a long time. The rooms are very tired. The furniture in the rooms are dirty and although the linens were clean the beds were in tough shape. We happen to be staying on the side of the property where the hotel keeps it’s trash dumpsters. We were awakened at 3 am by the trash truck dropping the big metal dumpster back in place. Who hires trash people to dump at 3am when you’re a hotel? It was amusing to see that they have signs posted at the elevators about trying to be quiet for you fellow guests. The guests weren’t the problem. The morning coffee in the breakfast area was out. Staff had to be asked to refill it, even though there were multiple staff there, simply not paying attention. This is a hotel to just skip until they refresh the property and management addresses basic cleaning and trash pick up times.

The breakfast was free but terrible. Eggs were disgusting and no decaf coffee option. The televisions are so old! Could not stream anything and a constant horizontal rolling line through most channels that were available The pullout sofa was old and the mattress was so thin. Carpets were dirty, had to wash our daughters feet after a short time of her being barefoot inside the room. We stayed two nights and had no housekeeping services offered. Will not stay here again

The rooms were advertised as king. However, the beds are not actual king beds. They were actually smaller than a queen size. I am a giant person and traveled with my spouse. If i had known this place lied, i would not have stayed there. Also, the shower head was caked in old soap suds - indicating it did not get cleaned. The fire alarm was also beeping intermittently the whole time. When we told the front staff, they said they didn't even have maintenance staff as they had just quit.

Overall is good. One thing that needs to improve is the lobby atmosphere. When you walk in, you would smell like you were in a restaurant and you would smell like food all day. Ventilation in the lobby needs to improve ASAP.

Nice hotel, close to airport and convenient for travel around Indianapolis. Top notch customer service, which is rare nowadays!

Renovation in progress (floor 6 is done - I was there). Floors 4-5 are in progress. One of 2 elevators available for guests. No lamp or reading light at bed (I was told these are on order), so turning off lights then getting in bed is in the dark. Bathroom light turned off while I was showering. Hotel is in a noisy location (6 am flights very loud) and ~15 minute drive from airport terminal. No restaurants nearby. Breakfast was decent, but not much else positive to say. I've stayed at much better Hyatt Place hotels.

You asked for a $75 hour check in early fee. It was 1 hour after traveling by car 10 an I had to sit 50 minutes to get in my room. Never again
